Hi,
I have hp gas connection having customer number 682505, tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 30th november 2019
During this process rs. 680 amount was debited from my federal bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal the status got updated next day stating payment status as fail.
It has been more than 7 months, even after i raised lot of grievance in hp portal, i was not getting adequate response/closure and neither i haven't received any the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.
Kindly help me with the refund for the same.
