Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Non delivery of gas cylinder during lockdown

My consumer no is 617468. I am hp connection holder. I have book cylinder 25 days back, but since then i have not recieved my booking inspite visiting their distributor office also. Also their is gas leakeage problem which is also been informed but not getting addressed. Pls take necessary action aganist the distributor.
