Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Petrol price hike unusually

I'm from Dharmapuri district a state of tamilnadu., in near of my native village we have 3 fuel stations for regular use. One of the Hindustan Fuel station they increases their fuel price, In tamilnadu petrol price is rs.102.81, but in HP fuel station they fixed rs.104.56. Why they do like this, please solve this issue as soon as possible.
