Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Petrol Pump at Colvale, Goa

Several times I have noted that whenever I visit the petrol pump for filing petrol in my bike, there is very slow service at the station.
It takes almost more than 20 minutes to fill.
The services needs to be speedy. Kindly look into the matter.
