Hello,
Today I had filled petrol for INR 500 at (Balaji Service Station HP Bunk Idikarai) between 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM today (12th October 2020) for my Maruti 800 (TN37 BB 3074). After filling the petrol car went ahead for around 1.5 Kms and got breakdown, I called for Maruti on road service and post diagnosis they updated that the quality of the petrol is not good.
I'm travelling from Narasimmanaickenpalayam (Nearest to the petrol bunk) to Tiruppur with my pregnant wife towards my home.
As per update from Maruti authorized service centre took some approx of 500 ml petrol and reached service station in person to check the quality of the petrol, however HPCL outlet owner had refused to check the quality of the petrol though i had handed over approx of 250 Ml petrol in another can to him.
Due to this breakdown I was hooked up at the middle of the remote area for around 5 Hours, though I requested help from petrol station because of quality issues they regretted me to help eventhough my wife is pregnant.
My concerns are as below.
Contact number[protected] provided in the bill provided by HPCL outlet is not working & contact number displayed on the HPCL website for this petrol station is not working too.
Guidance / help is missing though my wife is pregnant & hooked at the middle of the remote area.
HPCL outlet owner had refused to do a quality check of the petrol provided by us.
