Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Reffiling of Gas cylender booked but not received

Sir,

Booking for refilling done vide bkg no. 561007 my connection No. 101279 for shaheed Balwan Gas Agency IVR Says cleared upto Dec.12, 2016, when will I got delivery. While asking IVR always plays such status since last 2 days.
whether any other process for booking of gas is adopted by gas agency or process already followed. In One side India is going to be digitizing and cashless in other hand BHARAT PETROLIUM Server for Refilling / Leackage complaint still not working properly.

Updated by shiva58 However refilling is provided 05/2/2017 after going to gas agency repeatively 2 times, but answer was only that when we receive gas we will provide. However Stock of gas cylenders was in store.

Updated by shiva58 Surprise visits by gas agency and inspector food supply sampla was done in some small tea shop and about 9 domestic cylenders were captured as per news paper first week of feb. to save gas agency corruption.
