Today, i went to HP petrol pump at my hometown to fill it in my activa, usually i go there to fill up the tank when i feel that my scooty can only travel to the petrol pump. I usually fill the tank with 120rs regularly.
Similarly, i went to fill up my activa tank with 120 rs of amount, i asked agent to fill up for 120 rs, he filled. I took my vehicle aside just to give side to other customers to fill up their tank. when i took my bike aside i was looking at the fuel indicator of my activa which was the same as before, like nothing has been filled in it, i told the agent that i don't think you have filled the petrol correctly in my vehicle then he said talk with manager. I went to the cabin to discuss the issue i faced, manager said our computer shows that 120 rs petrol has been filled and it is not our problem how your bike indicator shows up and said do whatever you want and never comeback here, i told him that i am going to complain about this and your behavior, he again said do whatever you want i don't care.
i again said to the manager and agent that i regularly come here to fill however it has not been filled today, same arrogance from manager and agent.
is this how HP treat their customers? what is the use of me or any other customer to trust and go to only HP petroleum to fill up the petrol, or HP thinks that they can do whatever they want and nothing bothers them.
I am just looking for a strict action on this as this has happened with me today and can happen with anyone else. It might have already happened with lots of people already however being from small town they do not have any idea on what to do to complain about this.
