Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — transaction message on sms without any transaction

A message was received on my mobile that "thanks for fueling hsd ltrs 19.67 for rs.1500.00 in 9874 at hpcl autocare centre shrigovindpura, in jaipur txn time 08:22:32",[protected]. Please note that i live in mumbai and have no vehicle in my name or nor i have registered my mobile number for any hpcl schemes.
Do check how i am getting this message, as i have no vehicle nor done any feuling at any petrol pump, is it a hacking or illegal transaction etc. And share the details asap with me on my email id [protected]@yahoo.com
