Hi, i have purchased new hp gas connection in august-2017 from ratan gas agency, baner. Today i tried couple of times to connect another hp cylinder to regulator as earlier hp cylinder got exhausted. But, no success. I'm unable to connect cylinder to regulator. Look like their are some issues in regulator or in cylinder port. Need you immediate intervention.

Updated by thorat.amit25 I got call from HPCL customer care team, that guy was asking debit card details to make the payment against complaint. Are you guys trying to make fool to your customers?
