Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited — Blocked for no reason | |||
Hello there, Please note that my consumer number 523167 [HP Gas] has been blocked for no reason. I booked a complain on 7 Feb, 2015 but still no action is taken. Today when I logged in to see my complaint status I found it to be "closed" without even contacting me or rectifying the issue. My complaint no. is 14201246. I don't understand what is going on. Can someone please let me know why my number is blocked? If HP is not interested in having me as their customer, please let me know so that I can disconnect from HP.
