Our Consumer No.is 618593; Distributor Code:7 123320 Distributor Name : S.A.Todankar ;Located at Parel I Have Booked the cylinder(Refill) thru Mobile on 9th Jan 2014 & Booking No.245034;On 17th Jan 2014 SMS received that on HP Gas Booking No.245034 Subsidized Cash Memo 166670 Dated 16th Jan 2014 ;Your Refill will be delivered shortly.Till 23rd Jan 2014 I have not received the cylinder and for the same resaon I have called twice to disributor but always receives useless reply from his employees and this has become regular practice. The distributor must be delivering the booked cylinders to some others & that is the reason never get proper answer to the customers. I request you to take appropriate action against him.
