[Resolved] Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited — MISLEADING CONSUMERS | |
In the newspapers and in the internet, it is mentioned that Form 3 ( To be submitted to bank) and Form 4 (To be submitted to HP Gas Distributor). Form 4 either online or offline. While I am passing, the consumers of various life style and background were murmuring that they are not clear about the form submission. Moreover, the staff member in the dealershop is stating that Form 4 is stopped and Form 3 is to be submitted to the bank can be acknowledged from the dealer. May I get clarification, if Form 4 is stopped, what is the use o[censored]pdating the datas through online and it may be deleted to avoid confusion among consumers. It was clearly stated that either bank passbook or aathar card can be used for registering. But the staff member from Venkateswara Gas Agency crushed the application form of the applicant stating that once the consumer receives aathar card he/ she can register. The behaviour of the staff hurts the consumer and leads to confusion in procedure. It is my humble request to instruct the staff members in the dealers can guide better instead of hurting by crushing and throwing their application forms. Was this information helpful? | |
