Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited — seller not cooperating with customer when delivery bottle | |||
I have complained against HP LPG Gas Dealer Shri Shakti gas located in Jamnagar. I booked the gas refill (Booking No. -217835) dated on 07th Feb '15 and 13th Feb 15 massage got : "refill will be delivery shortly. So I was wait for 02 day but the refill was not received then again i got the message on 15 Feb 2015 that the refill has been Cancelled Please re-book your LPG refill. Then I ask to my dealer about this problem, He is reply me : " we was sent on 15 Feb 2015 on sunday but may be you are not at home & now if you want collect from godown . My question is : They are not inform when delivery time if we will available at home. other wise How many day we will wait on 24 hour for delivery. After received massage we will wait for 48 hour. they are saying any time we will send & you want there. This is not right way. Please do needful action for above problem.
