Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Rajesh kumar from coimbatore. I have booked tickets on July13th from coimbatore to chennai in hindustan website. When i booked the tickets for the first I didn’t recieve any message or information regarding the seats but the amount (₹1496) was debited from my bank account. Then i again booked the same seats after 10 mins and I recieved the confirmation of seating and the amount was debited for the second time from my bank account. So the payment for the seats were debited for two times . I have attached the screenshots of the mail id which I recieved from the citrus pay for debiting the amount from my bank account. I humbly request you to check and solve the issue regarding the payment details and refund the extra amount (₹1496) which was debited from my account.
