I made a payment of rs.2, 000/- for opening a savings account in kotak mahindra bank through pnb net banking payment service provider by citrus payment gateways at online on 12.9.2018. The transaction no. (Citrus pa/[protected]/[protected]/new account) status is also successfull and rs. 2, 000/- debited from pnb account. But still now (14sep. 2018) i have not recieved that amount in my new kotak mahindra bank account. Kindly, please resolve my issue...

I have paid rs 5999/- on “My Airtel” app to upgrade the digital tv package through Citrus payment solutions. Money is debited from the account but airtel doesn’t show that money has been paid.

On 18th i have recharged rs. 98/- to my airtel no. [protected] through my icici bank account from another airtel no.[protected]. This amount has not been effected till now. Icici bank has deducted the amount and they said i have to contact you only for this. Airtel confirmation that they have not got this amount.

For urgency this was done and now that the purpose has not been serviced. Hence can you kindly arrange to refund the amount to my icici account no.[protected].

Amount of 816 is deducted from my bank account for hp gas booking and no confirmation for the payment received. For your reference -778190 is otp for transaction initiated by you with bom debit card no 4712xxxx1575 on hpcl[protected]mhrin for rs. 816.13. This otp is valid for 10 minutes. Do not share it with anyone. Rs. 816.13 was spent on your atm card no. Ending xxxx1575 citrusp*pushpam on 02-sep-2018. A/c no xxxx0210 bal is rs. 939.88 cr and avl bal is rs. 939.88.
Please do the needful.

On 11th august 2018, i had made a payment of rs.863.99 towards procurement of gas cylinder from hp gas (Sree manasa gas agency). Transaction details is [protected]-citruspushpam - cheque details[protected].

Unfortunately the transaction was not completed, however my money got deducted. Waited till today expecting that the money will be reversed, but it is not done. Request you to do the needful
