I tried online booking of hrtc (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) volvo bus from chandigarh to Sundernagar in favor of my son Adarsh Bhardwaj through SBI NETBANKING vide reference ( INB -CITRUS PAY PAYMENT SOLUTIONS ) IGAPRZVBN0 received from SBI bank on dated:08.06.2023 and a sum of Rs.550/= was deducted from my SBI saving account. No any message regarding confirmation of ticket was conveyed to me through email/phone. Refund amounting to Rs.550/= has not been credited to my SBI saving account till date which may be expedited at the earliest please.

    Tried to make payment on haryanabpas portal for fresh house plan approval. But card section not accepting any type of card either it is debit or credit (visa, master card).
    Always gives error message.
    For net banking, list if banks didn’t come.
    Api giving CORS error.
    Did you guys even do testing of your work.
    Pathetic experience.

      I see these two transactions (pic attached) made via citrus pay, but I can't track to whom it was made. Since it's a large amount can you please help me get some more information on these transactions .
      Kindly revert asap as the transaction was a big amount

            I had booked two tickets on 11.04.2023 travelling from Chennai to Mettur on Mettur Super Services (MSS) with travel date on 28.04.2023. Ref.No.: 426506 dt 11.4.2023
            The amount Rs.1938/- has been debited to your account ID by mistake.
            My transaction ID is UPI:[protected]ICICI) on 11.04.2023. Again, i had paid amount for 2 tickets to travel on 28.04.2023 and successfully ticket has been confirmed.
            But the amount of Rs.1938/- has not been creidted to my account yet.

            I had enquired with MSS and also with my bank, they had informed to check with the Citrus solutions payment gateway for the amount refund.

            I request you to check with your account transactions from the above details and make arrangements for early refund please. Please let me know, if any details needed.

              I am writing to express my disappointment with the service that I have received from your company. On 23-september2022, I deposited 2000Rs to my Citrus Pay wallet and have been unable to withdraw the money.

              I have followed all the necessary steps to withdraw the money, including verifying my Citrus Pay wallet and ensuring that I have sufficient funds to cover the withdrawal amount. However, I have not been able to complete the transaction and receive my money.

              This issue has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I trusted your company to provide me with a reliable digital wallet service, but I have been let down.

              I would like to request that your company takes immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that I am able to withdraw my money without further delay. I also request that your company provides compensation for the inconvenience caused.

              I hope to receive a prompt response to my complaint and a resolution to the issue.

                  Today I tried to book a bus ticket in Mettur Super Service. I made payment through Google Pay UPI. When I pay first time, amount got debited successfully. But my ticket was not confirmed. So again I booked the ticket successfully.
                  I want refund for my first payment.
                  Could you please do the needful.

                    When my query regarding the payment not refunded was not solved . I tried to call the customer service care . But the number given was just a scam. This is very bad at solving problem of the customer. Will never recommend to this to anyone.

                        'm writing this to explain bad experience i had while using this payment method platform. I had to make payment through this platform to submit KUKUKSHETRA UNIVERSITY EXAM FORM on the 18th of NOVEMBER, my money was debited from my account but the university didn't received the payment. So, I again made the payment as it was mandatory to fill up the form on 19th of NOVEMBER . This time it was debited and the university also received the payment.
                        I was told that the money would get refunded as it was not received by the beneficiary but still i haven't received it. I kindly request you to refund back my Rs 4000 in an urgent manner.

                            I had used a ICICI Bank credit card to pay ICICI prudential policy on 21/12/2022 of amount Rs. 20000/-. The first payment of Rs. 20000/- was failed and second payment of Rs. 20000/- was successful. A total of Rs. 40000/- was deducted from my credit card and till date excess amount of Rs. 20000/- was not returned. I had communicated the ICICI bank credit card customer care and they advice me to communicate the payment merchant. Please resolved my problem as earliest as possible.

                                      I have made two payments of Rs.6370/- each on 12/10/2022 from Hdfcbank to Lions English School (party), money has been deducted from my account but party saying that it has not been received by them. Eeen, I have not received any confirmation mail that transactions are successful, neither via mail or text message .
