      I had placed an order of Rupees 3580 on Zara India Online on 22nd October and had paid via Google pay Upi id for which Zara has used Citrus Solutions Pvt LTD as the payment gateway. I had paid via HDFC bank and the money got deducted but Zara didn't receive the money and order got cancelled eventually. Please kindly initiate the refund of deducted amount as soon as possible.

          I ordered a product from ZARA app and chose to pay using UPI payment option. While the payment was completed using Google Pay app and transection was successful, however on the ZARA app in Citrus Pay gateway it failed to process and hence my order was not complete. Even with that, the money got deducted from my account and refund was not initiated from your end. So I’d like my refund at the earliest.

            I paid my college program fee using net banking and payment gateway used was citrus payment solutions the amount was 25000.Amount was deducted from the bank but my college did not received the amount. I made my transaction on 11thoctober2021 and now its been 8 days and still my college have not received the payment
