I had maded the transaction of rs 4500 through citruseazypay for admission in ignou online . Money deducted from my hdfc bank account but still my status of admission is showing unsuccessful please help me out

    'm writing this to explain bad experience i had while using this payment method platform. I had to make payment through this platform to submit KUKUKSHETRA UNIVERSITY EXAM FORM on the 18th of NOVEMBER, my money was debited from my account but the university didn't received the payment. So, I again made the payment as it was mandatory to fill up the form on 19th of NOVEMBER . This time it was debited and the university also received the payment.
    I was told that the money would get refunded as it was not received by the beneficiary but still i haven't received it. I kindly request you to refund back my Rs 4000 in an urgent manner.

          I had used a ICICI Bank credit card to pay ICICI prudential policy on 21/12/2022 of amount Rs. 20000/-. The first payment of Rs. 20000/- was failed and second payment of Rs. 20000/- was successful. A total of Rs. 40000/- was deducted from my credit card and till date excess amount of Rs. 20000/- was not returned. I had communicated the ICICI bank credit card customer care and they advice me to communicate the payment merchant. Please resolved my problem as earliest as possible.

                    I have made two payments of Rs.6370/- each on 12/10/2022 from Hdfcbank to Lions English School (party), money has been deducted from my account but party saying that it has not been received by them. Eeen, I have not received any confirmation mail that transactions are successful, neither via mail or text message .

[protected] IGAOKKNQG7 to YEIDA through citrus payment solutions however I have not any confirmation of payment from authority. Also I have not received the amount back in case of payment failures.                         On 09/11/2022, I made a payment of Rs 1000/- through netbanking favoring Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for top up recharge of my Metro Card No. 76436640.
                        The top up details are as under:
                        Top Up Reference[protected]
                        Top Up Request Amount Rs 1000/-
                        Card Id 76436640
                        Top Up Request Date 09/11/2022 at 10.33
                        Merchant Transaction Id[protected]

                        This amount of Rs 1000/- was debited from my account [protected] of Axis Bank, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi but the same was not credited into my Metro Card. I made a complaint with DMRC at their portal to which I received the following reply:-

                            I have made payment for MSEB tendering purpose on 29/03/2017 of rupees 16590/- two times. This amount of (16590 x 2 = 33180/-) was debitted from my SBI account but was neither credited to concerned tendering authority nor returned back to my account.
                            I have complained to SBI bank, but they said that its not our fault.
                            Kindly resolve this issue.

                                      I recharged Rs.100 in metro card on[protected]. I have put the card in top up machine around 10 times till date. More than 40 days has been completed without any refund of money.
                                      A reply from DMRC revealed that there is problem in payment gateway i.e. citrus.
