Hindustan University — Hindustan University,Padur says it takes no responsibility of students when they are taken for Industrial Visit

My daughter is studying in Hindustan University. Recently they have arranged an Industrial visit for the students. The students are asked to submit a consent form where the parents have to sign that they send their children at their own risk. What kind of institution takes such steps beforehand to prevent the name of the institution in case of mishaps ? If the institution is arranging an IV for it's students, it is the responsibility of the Institution to take care of the students. In case of any mishappening, the blame will be solely on the institution. How come they expect the parents to agree to such stupid things. No parent will agree to this. I, on behalf of parents of other children studying at the Hindustan University, request that strict action has to be taken against this.
