The students are asked to submit a consent form where the parents have to sign that they send their children at their own risk. What kind of institution takes such steps beforehand to prevent the name of the institution in case of mishaps ? I submitted my original certificates to the college. I stopped my education due to my health problems. When I asked my certificates back they replied recklessly and scolded me badly almost 3 years onwards am asking certificates. When I tried to discuss the matter with college, they said that pay the amount or do whatever you can. So please help me by giving your valuable advice for the next step. I thank you in advance....
