Hindustan Wellness — Blood test result not yet given, I need to file complain and now ,ooking for a heavy compensation

Please help me to file a complains against a healthcare company. I paid 5000 for various routine blood test in advance.Staff came and collected blood sample, since then no turn up from this company. I have all documents and phone recording to prove their carelessness and ignorance.Almost 2 months over no information provided on test results yet . They are continuously irritating me by sending some useless advertisement messages . Even blood sample collection was so painful it took 2 weeks to visit my house.( that too when i have continuously following them.)

you people have neither management nor skilled staff who can handle your customers properly, please stop this non sense. on 18th of Sep 2015 I gave my blood sample but no one turned back till date, I called 6-8 times for my Doctor consultation after that they arranged.

you peoples making fools to your customer, you given me a package with so many facilities but not a single has been fulfilled except doctor consultation(after several reminders)

I will never recommend HINDUSTAN WELLNESS to any one

Hindustan Wellness — Blood test reports not sent

They promised me 58 reprts on phone and also to send reports in physical form in 48 hours . Now they didnot send reoports 8 days after and also uploaded few test reports as promised on phone
