I had paid for full body checkup 3 days ago and still I haven't receive any reports.
Today morning 06/05/2023 I called them and they said will send shortly but still I haven't heard back from them.

The phlebotomist sent by hindustan wellness on 5/10/2022, not only seemed nervous during the blood collection procedure but he also seemed naive, my blood was collected from forearm and not from my inner side of the elbow, he punctured my left arm vein thrice but wasn't able to collect the blood, further he tried on my right hand where he inserted syringe twice and by God's grace he was finally able to collect the blood but now I'm left with both of my arms bruised . I hope hindustan wellness will consider my review and send professionals for such intricate procedures.

I dint find this company or its employees to be genuine/honest.

Tbh i would rate 0 stars if that was an option. “I did Ad design work for them for 15th Aug on short notice and they didn’t pay for it quoting, payment not possible now”

And I believe if the foundation is so untrustworthy, I am not sure how genuine their services would be.

Had no other way of bringing this to you. Would not recommend....

I had given blood sample for for full body test dtd on 02-05-22 in early morning 6:30 AM and as per their commitment same day test reports I will receive till 7 pm to 12am in night and payment also paid at the time of sample collection but I have not received yet any reports on 03-05-22 now they are not responding my call so that how I trust on Hindustan wellness reports. They are fraud we can't trust on Hindustan wellness reports. Kindly help me and I want refund my money and will go to another good lab who respect their customers

Hindustan wellness cheated my mom.My mom had requested full body checkup band they have done half profile test .Services are very poor and it is a greedy company...

I have never opted/used services from Hindustan Wellness yet I have getting regular Spam calls from their executives. Even after saying no and asking them to not to call on my number again, I have been getting regular calls.

This is totally fake. I got my sample collected yesterday at morning 6am. I was told i will get report by 10pm max.
I didnt get the report till 12 noontoday.. I kept on chasing hindustan wellness.
They said report is not there. Not genrated. Systen issue. Then doctor consulation pending.

When i asked for refund as my doctor appointment got cancelled which was at 11am today and I informed the company well before.

But no response.
Then when i asked for refund at 11.50 ppm today.
I was told that give us 2 mins and suddenly a report was shared.
I have 0 trust on this report.
The report which was not there was mailed in 5 mins.
Strnge.
Never trust them. Never get tesed.
Money wasted.
Boycott hindustan wellness.

I have booked for testing today for me & my wife for 7AM time but nobody came to take the sample till 7.35AM Ticket No HWPH[protected]

If any body do blood test from this company for 1st time... Then they will call again and they will say to cust... Your health is not well when nothing like that... Ladies and gentlemen- Please never ever book anything from Hindustan wellness. They are a fraud company. I booked a RTPCR with with on 3rd May for my international travel. I booked the 1st available date as per thier slots which was after 3 days. Just few hours before sample collection they cancelled my sample collection stating ~ there are not enough samples to be picked up form your area so its not profitable for the company to collect single sample. This is absurd. They could have told this to me 3 days back when I booked my sample collection. never trust Hindustan wellness. In this pandemic they are just trying to cheat people and rob them. May this company become bankrupt.

We did a test on 1st May with order ID [protected] for Ferritin and the company claimed that report will come same day evening.

But the report didn't came for next 2 days.

After repeated calls on customer care, they told that there is some problem and report can't come. So they asked us to write a mail for refund.

On 4th day we wrote a mail for refund and surprisingly on 5th day they sent the wrong report which was suppose to come on 1st may.

Totally fraud company

My wife tested positive. As per above order certain tests were requested. We were given only partial reports. Reports for Serum Fretnin and Blood Group not provided till date.
Serum Fretnin is an important test for treatment of Covid. Fortunately she got treated based on other reports and she is recovering. Supposing this test report was critical, requiring immediate attention, in the absence of this report, I could have lost my life.
My experience with customer care is horrible. Nothing but liars. Emails response, they just raise a Ticket. No response.
If you can avoid it, don't go near this company. Besides the fact, the company even lacks the grace of refunding the money they have charged you.

I m pregnant and i got myself tested on 16 apr at 12:30 pm so that proper diagnosis and treatment can take place but its more than 48 hours i have not received any report.Everytime i call customer care ..i get the reply that reports will be avaliable by noon by evening by noon but all in vain..I am unable to consult my foctor because i dont have reports. I have paid 700 rs but no redponse about my reports

I got my double marker test from them on 1st april 2021, but they haven't shared the reports yet and it costed me around 5500/-.They are so pathetic they never attends your calls and even after they attend they keeps on lingering and put blame on you

Hindustan wellness representative took the blood sample and fees for the test. Then I received a mail from Hindustan wellness team that they will not able to conduct the test. From that day I called them several times, every time they said they will refund the money in 2-3 days. Still I won't get the refund. They are totally fraud never conduct any test from them. They are not at all authentic and once they get your money they behave like thieves.

I was pretty satisfied with everything untill recently I started receiving repeated calls from them for getting the same tests done again,

We should not do the blind trust on the report generated by hindustan wellness. We (Myself and my wide) have done full body test to get the accurate picture for appropriate consultation. But the report submitted by hindustan wellness is inaccurate. The order id for my self is [protected] stating my hba1c 4.7 with fasting 142 whereas my wife (Order id is [protected]) hba1c is 6.90 with fasting 93.5. Both are not marching. I have done my hba1c...

They are making system generated calls everyday around 10 times.

Every time they are calling from a new number, so i can't block them.

Because of these calls i can't even focus on my work.
I have got frustrated by their calls.

Most of the times, a call is received, after picking up the call system transfers the call to their executive and they guys don't pick up and call gets disconnect.

I have to wait till call ends (Or i can say waste my time) as it can be an important call.

After being repeatedly telling them about not calling me for any test or health package they continue to do so and even in the odd hours such as 3 pm in afternoon or 7 in the evening.

I am telling them to stop calling on my number atleast since last 2 year's but they are not ready to listen. They call from different numbers every time and promise me that i'll not get the call the next time.

Now this is the time that i am getting mentally disturbed by attending their calls on a daily basis.

I have received a call for doing routine test on 27.7.2019 and the test got done on 28.7.2019 and received report and their health manager advised to get bacteriological food test. I swayed with their advice and test was got done on 1.8.2019 but test was resceduled for 3, 8, 2019 and now resceduled for 9.8.2019 without any reason.
I have been in mental agony for resceduling the test again and again. I demand refund of money rs 3000 because i am not in a position to get test done again and again.

Me and my wife had a full body check worth rs 3000, due to some technical issues at their end they asked my wife blood for resampling and did not shared any of their reports. They asked me to wait for some time and they arrange another person for sampling, its been 10 days, they are fooling us, daily in the evening they inform us that the gate executive is coming tomorrow morning at 6 and when we get up and call them they told us that you test has been rescheduled for tomorrow, such bloody liars, unprofessional, fake, fraud, guys please don't go with this company... They are cheaters... They womt come for sampling after taking the money... Hell company

I've booked a test for my mother aged 68, thru hindustan wellness and they assured the time of sample collection by 7.15 am on 27.03.19 but their executive not collected the sample till 10.30 am. Every time i called him he made lame excuses to me that he is on the way and coming in 5 mins. I called at customer care but no satisfactory reply received.
My mother has been harassed as she was on fasting for 15 hrs.

False promises are made by the telecallers. But once they have ur money then u just keep on calling coustomer care but nobody is bothered to resolve ur problem they only say we will do and it goes on and on. Just thugs are managing this company just waste of money.
The tellecaller sumit of hindustan wellness said a cashbach of 75 will be made but it was only 50. Which was very unethical on behalf of company also they are not showing reports as they are saying we must pay more than the promised amount which was 1100 and paid in advance before blood sample collection. The company is demanding 300 more for reports which simply daylight robbery.
Company should be penalized for such things and for harassing coustomers

I booked 4 viral m test - elisa for me and my wife... Showed the prescription to sample collection executive and mentioned it is an elisa test, the results given were quantitative and quantitative figures were missing, when i complained they refused to accept their mistake and said we have listened to the call recording and you didn’t mention it. My point is i showed the prescription and without seeing prescription how can they conduct...

I booked two Sample Lab collection appointment on Friday dated[protected]. I talked to Priya. She told me to make the payment with different moblie no on paytm and you will get 110 Rupees on each, total (220).

Saturday morning person came and asked to make the payment with single no then i make the call to your customer care and discussed the samewith them then they told me that they will refund the 220Rs.

Now I am following with Them and they are not doing anything and no money refunded.

I got blood tests done on 13 th July and the reports are fake.According to them TSH: 8. Dr. lal reports say: 3.6
I have paid Rs 2500 for all tests. i want cash back immhediately.

I would also have to pay doc consultation again as they have submitted reports after 2-3 days. they are fake. Pls call at [protected].
How can i ensure that rest of the reports would also be fine.

I had a bitter experience with hindustan wellness health check up reports. Reports of mine where all tests results are pathetic. As if i am in a fix of extensive sugar and heart problems. I called customer care on 26may that it seems my report are not of mine. He confirmed our standards are good and it is not possible. Again can't believe on reports went to lal path lab for checking sugar again, the result is "no sugar" 89 fasting vs 224 with hindustan wellness for fasting.
Now i can't rely on their reports and going for another check up with lal path for me and my wife.
Please refund full money for mine and my wife.
Your report has lead to a trauma in my family for whole 24hrs. My wife, my father, mother, brother, in laws was crying whole night and day. Ideally it should be a perfect case to sue in these kind of scenario.
As your reports are no use of mine for my discussion with doctor hence please refund full money.

I took the package & paid the full amount by debit card on 21/03/18 to the person whose mobile number is[protected] who came for collection of blood samples. But till today i couldn't receive my reports & payment receipt. Inspite my complaints to customer care no. My registered mobile no is [protected]. By now the company should refund my paid amount & damages. Will anybody respond or i should move the court.

I have taken 499 check up plan where two problems observed for that again rs.1070/- paid and than result was ok. Similarly, my wife also taken 999 full body check up plan where serum creatinine found lower than the normal range, again rs.800/- spent for the gfr test and report found ok. No doctor advisory and diet plan received. Report provided some other person, which is highly unprofessionalism.

After test, i am ill for 3 days. Precautions during sample not taken by staff of wellness. I have irretation in body after giving sample. I am young. Why i have fever after sample. Thay dont have professional staff or they are spreading illness. Report usally send on mail and no contacting after that and for getting business they call so may times. Please check niddle before giving sample.
