A girl from Hindi Vivah called and sought our requirement. We belong to a Sikh Family, so this girl made a profile of Sikh boy with a photo of good looking Sikh boy, and good educational qualification and income. When we asked for arranging a meeting with the boy, she said even the boy has liked your profile and would like to meet but meeting will be arranged only when we will pay Rs. 5000/- (non refundable) as their charges. She said she has another package which is refundable i.e. pay Rs. 8000/- and if within 6 months nothing materializes then Hindu Vivah will refund Rs. 8000.
We transferred Rs. 8000/- to their account thinking that if things go through then its goods otherwise we will get the refund after 6 months.
After the money was transferred we were calling them but this girl would not even pick up the phone. We never got to meet even a single boy, let alone the boy whose profile was shown to us for luring us. Actually there was no such boy. Now more than 9 month are over but there is no response from their side. I am only sending emails for refund but I am yet to hear from them let alone receive refund of my money.
Please be aware of such people. They may have changed their website or may be calling from fake names as one can get website made for Rs. 500/- and can call from many sims number. So please don't entertain such people and don't part with your hard earned money.
