Complain regarding hindware service.
I Purchase Hindware 3 Air coolers Vectra 85 ltrs Last Year in May Month. from 3 Air coolers, 2 Time Air Coolers Water Pump Motor Not Work From Jan 2022. I Register Complaint in Jan 2022 to hindware Toll Free Customer Care Number in Jan 2022. But None of hindware Technician Visit at my house to see that problem and none of call is come from hindware Technician, team or anyone else.Hindware Service Center cancel my ticket which i raised on hindware customer Care Toll Free number itself without visit on my site. Then after one month i re-register same complain to hindware toll free number then also same situation was there. None of engineer or technician visit on my site. Without visit service center cancelled my ticket again. This time reason of cancel my ticket is issue is resolved. Without visit how this issue is resolved i am in trouble. Then time pass after 1 month i again re-register my complain again. This time also none of engineer or any concern person visit on my site. This time also my ticket is cancelled by service centre this time reason was that customer cannot pick the call. I call 50 times to hindware service desk for that problem which i faced. Mr. Nazim Also aware with my issue. I am frustrated now because i tried from last 5 months but there is no solution from local vendor or any hindware engineers. I have faced worst experience from hindware service desk. Service Provided by hindware is zero. I give -0 ratings to hindware.
