Pathetic worst after sales service of Hindware appliances
Almost 1 month back we have registered a service request for our Hindware gyser but till date nobody bothered to turn up. They are not even receiving our phone calls & behaving very rudely whenever getting connected.
I strongly recommend not to purchase any product of Hindware for their worst possible after sales service.

Worst After sales support
Purchased a Geyser from Hindware Appliances, Which got faulty within the warranty period... Raised complaint but no one in their support department is supporting, they only say we have escalated the issue, , , , but no response and even no one picking the calls in their escalation matrix...
Later I came to know, that I am not the only one who is victim of their support system.

Geyser is not working
Hi all, I bought a geyser 7 months back, and after 3 months of purchase it's not working if I switch it on main fuse will get burnt. Have raised complaint 3 months ago, and called customer care more than 10 times, their slogan is "we will call you back by evening" And their supervisor are super busy they don't take our call at all. This proces goes for few months, no technicians will reach us, finally ticket gets cancelled with blunder reason, if you call customer care why ticket got cancelled. They will try to raise fresh ticket so that previous ticket track can loose. I[censored] insist to escalate the call, executive will disconnect, now my number is not connecting to customer care service at all. I have written mail customer care site called multiple times, no response at all. It is completely fake company and products are worst.

No service provided till date for the kitchen chimney. My chimney is having problems from last 1 month . Service engineer didn't visited my home and I have to keep calling service center all the time.

I am complaining about hindware chimney

I purchased hindware chimney through Flipkart but after 1 year we hear some blast sound from inside chimney and stopped working after that raised complaint in hindware app but I didn't get any response after long period I got a call then they are far away from my town then he refused to come to my location and cancelled now again raised complaint but I didn't get any response to resolve issue

Service is not providing on Warranty
I have purchased Hindware Water Geyser (15 L storage) in September 2020 and it is got delivered to my home in Bangalore. It has a full warranty for 2 years and a tank warranty for 7 years. On June 20th, 2022, when I switched it on my geyser didn't work. SO I registered a complaint on June 21, 2022 (complaint number is WHR2162243). Since then I'm following up with the customer care team on getting a technician to my home to rectify my geyser issue. Their TAT is 24-48 hours. Now I'm writing this on June 30th, 2022, till now no technician visited my place to check the issue. I'm calling the customer care team on a daily basis and they are not helping the issue to be sorted.
SO I request you to help to resolve this at the earliest.

Service is not providing on warrenty
I purchased hindware water geyser on September 2020 and it 2 years of complete warranty and 7 years of tank warranty. I have raised a complaint on June 21, 2022 regarding my geyser is not working. Today we are on 26 June, no technician visited to rectify the issue. I'm keep on calling customer care on a daily basis to raise the issue that no technician has visited my place. Complaint number that I got from hindware is WHR2162243. Please act on it and help me to solve the issue.

I Purchase Hindware 3 Air coolers Vectra 85 ltrs Last Year in May Month. from 3 Air coolers, 2 Time Air Coolers Water Pump Motor Not Work From Jan 2022. I Register Complaint in Jan 2022 to hindware Toll Free Customer Care Number in Jan 2022. Worst appliances company
Bought one geyser and one water purifier in bangalore. Nobody has come up for installation for last 15 days. Called to customer care 10 times in last 2 weeks. They just say we are escalating to senior. you'll get call from area incharge by evening.

I bought chimney on[protected], after months o[censored]sage it is not working.
I have raised a request to the support team on Jan 2022 amd till now the issue got resolved and there is no proper response from them.

we also facing the same problem. Very poor response from Hindware. once in two months they visit they check it and they go without solving the problem. Their answer is that another team will come and repair. This is happenning since one year.

I purchased Water geyser in year 2019 and every year there are facing a complaint. Engineer visiting after 15 days and solving the problem. This year also same problem observed i am following continuously from past 1 month but call disconnecting by customer care executive.
Today Ms Shobha picked the phone after continuous calling but she deny to register the complaint.
I recorded her voice and to be published in social media ASAP.
Guys please see how Hindware is providing services. My personal suggestion dont use any equipment of Hindware.

Call No. WPR1871402 has been assigned to Engineer Vishal Singh is pending since 30th Dec 2021, shameful even after elapsing of 6 days neither any action nor any body approached to attend the product. What a worst service?
The product is having measure fault and is not being rectified by u. This is 2nd time when complaint has been lodged, ist time ur engineer just paid a flying visit and without asserting the fault closed the complaint and now 2nd time his whereabouts are not known, shameful and worst services, as i have been facing the problem of this worst item for the last 4 months and no heed is being paid

Hindware 25ltr. leakage and electrical leakage issue

It is a matter of great shame that Hindware has come down to selling sub standard and faulty products these days. I see a lot of complaints on consumer forums.
I have a storage geyser purchased last year at about this time from Flipkart which had turned out to be my nemesis and a bane of my existence since the last few months by making my life miserable.
I think I have made the biggest mistake of my life choosing to buy a third grade Hindware product.
There were three technician visits in the last 1 year without the problem being assessed at its core. Today another technician arrived from Noida and changed the tank unit today about an hour back.
The last two technicians namedhave done a shoddy job at my place. After they left I faced the same issue within a month and within 2 weeks. When I contacted them after sharing my service ticket number, they did not show up at my place. Upon calling them several times on these numbers, there was no response. On what basis do you employ such crooks to work for hindware?
These were the numbers called since today morning:
These scumbags keep beating around the bush and diverting customer calls from one service station to another. Minutes later another person calls me from another service centre and I have to explain the whole story to him once again from the beginning.
I do not understand what kind of services Hindware provides to its customers. You people are making a dent for the brand by rendering such inefficient and third grade services by sending incompetemnt technicians to our place who come here to do time pass and try to fool us everytime.
Attached are the service history details of earlier services done by these two individuals. The first service record is not featured on the app.
Just because a customer's product is within warranty it does not give you the right to cause a delay in providing appropriate service to the customer and working at your own pace and convenient time. And the worst part is that they think they can take us for a ride of our lives by advertently delaying the process to make sure that a customer's service warranty gets lapsed and then you can extract money from the customer as you like by making them pay for the spare parts replaced.
This is how you people pay with customers always trying to find ways to cheat a customer by unscrupulous business practices. Shame on you people.
This implied being unprofessional in an absolute sense which is what i can say about Hindware.
Pls escalate this matter to the highest level possible and make sure that such kind of nuisance is put to an end.

Hindware is a nightmare and the service is worst
It's not even been 9 months since I bought this product and both burner stove and chimney and both need service. But the service is worst. It's a nightmare to get a service. Shame of such people who fail to satisfy their customer needs

We bought Hindware Geaser from flipkart and received the invoice from KEHAV Sales, order dated: 24.06.2020.
But the produt is not working properly, the water is not getting heate and also having leakage issue because of which we are unable to use this geaser.
We are continuosly following up with Hindware service team, but we have not received any service/response.
The product is under warranty, we request hindware to rectify the problem and bring the solution on this.

Poor quality of Chimney Serena 90
Having a Hindware chimney in kitchen is health hazard. Quality of chimey is so poor that they stop working in 2-3 momths. Nobody taking care of complaint, nobody listening. I bought Serena 90 which stopped working within 2 months, got repaired after one month after lodging the complaint (KAR1399630 dt 13.03.21). Again it stopped working after few days (KAR1580430 dt 22.07.21) and from last 35 days its non operational. My father who is paitent of acute asthama and wife both are suffocating due to smoke. I am daily chasing with area manager but all waste, no reply. Complaint dt 21.07.21 is still open and nobody bothered to resolve it. No one picking the phone. Customer care just saying, yes your complaint is already lodged and will be resolved.
Though company gives life time warranty nut these service guys charging Rs.472/- for coming.

This is to. Ring to your notice that I had raised a complaint with Hindware in regards part replacement for hob and chimney, it's been more than 45 days and hindware technician comes back and tells us the parts are not available, the units are only 5 years old. Pathetic nd the worst experience, even after calling nd following up daily. This is the response and now being asked to replace the products by myself just because they do not have filters and stands.

I have been struggling to get fixed my water geyser for the past 1 month. After multiple follow ups for 2 weeks. The technician visited and said that the geyser has to be replaced. The technician closed the case without the resolution. I followed up again and reopened the case, and this time they closed it by stating the customer did not have a valid bill without even asking me for the bill. I followed up again 3rd time. The technician called up last week and said, there will be 2000 charged for the replacement. Now, when I tried to follow up my case on your FB page and customer care. They said the case is closed and they need to re-open. Why have you been making your customers struggle so much. Please check the reviews of your Hindware application on Google store. All your customers are going through the same pain.

Hindware Hob Top Stainless Steel with black spot - Product to be replaced

This is to inform you that I have purchased Hindware HOBTOP and Chimney in the last year 2019. Due to home renovation (newly purchased house) we requested an engineer to install HOB and Chimney when Kitchen was ready. Installation was done as per the requested date. After using 2-3 months for the first time, we raised a complaint that HOB ignition is not working properly where the engineer (Mr. Luv) visited and found the route cause was a battery problem. At the same time, we asked why these black spots are there on stainless steel. He observed thoroughly and took some pictures and advice to raise a complaint for replacement. He also assured that he will push from his side to expedite the resolution. This happened somewhere in the month of Feb'20 and later we entered into a pandemic situation where the service center was not responding to my complaint.
Since last May'-June'20 month, I have been following Kavita from the service center (3M) where she assured me that your problem will get resolved but due to lockdown parts are not available and they will take care once they enter normalcy for support. Finally, I reached out to the customer service center and asked for escalation authority who can look into this.
Today I spoke to Mr. Shashikant Jadhav (head of Mumbai branch), provided all the details on which I got a very unsatisfactory response. I keep on complaining that this product is stainless steel and how come it got black spot within 2-3 months. Here are a few arguments which clearly show he is not behaving with customers in an appropriate manner.
1. His comment...if you are buying CAR then after some time wear and tear toh hoga hi na...on which I have to keep reminding him that you do not compare CAR with stainless steel products. I can show other stainless steel products which we have been using since the last 5-6 years and still the quality of product remains the same.
2. He argued why your dealer or shopkeeper has not informed you that black spot will come on stainless steel. It is his fault. you should raise your complaint with him and not with us. This is a known problem and will come to each customer. I again have to remind him that the ticket is raised to you and you are responsible for the answer. I told him that if that is the case then given me in writing that stainless steel will get black spot as more and more customers use the product. He kept on arguing my product is OK and I don't think i have to give anything in writing. I have given my resolution on the phone.
3. I said what is the meaning for Guarantee of the product on which he argued "Aap guarantee card read karo maine toh padha hua hai..." Terms & conditions aap padho aur fir bolo ke replacement kyon chahiye. This is a very annoyed answer ...looks like he doesn't know how to speak with customers.
4. I took that engineer on conf call with him to prove that black spot on product is not due to chemical which he was keep on pushing that "agar aapne chemical se wash kiya yeah uske drop daale honge toh hi daag lagega etc.." Engineer confirmed that when he came for battery change (after 2-3 months of installation) he found black spots which are not due to any chemical or burnt. Its purely related to product which should not reflect any black spot as its stainless steel product with imported quality. However he keep on arguing that its not my problem...my product is OK ...i will not give anything in writing and black spot will come more and more you use. Looks like this product will be fully black in the next 2-3 years as per his explanation.
5. I requested him to respond on a raised ticket so that I can take it with higher authority or consumer court on which he said I will give my resolution there only and i dont think i have to update anything to the ticket.
Whole conversation is recorded on the phone, how he misbehaves, is not ready to solve the customer's issue and keeps on arguing that many customers are having the same issue which I asked to give me in writing. It was frustrating and a very pathetic client service provided by the Hindware team. We had used this product very gently and with care. It was observed that such unseen small black spots started more and more randomly at various places whereas those parts were never used / washed with any kind of chemical. Hence the request is genuine and must be considered with utmost priority.
Kindly resolve my issue or take the product back and refund the full money as I do not want to become a victim of lockdown where my queries are not addressed on time and getting such useless responses from such a senior authority.

Part failure/replacement
Brought hindware dona4b in june 2020. One of the burner cap is improper and and another burner was leaking on keeping a pot/pan.raised a complaint no response.i raised my concern through mail, they said ll get back..after a month I again sent then I got the response.its 2_3 months they are servicing or replacing the defected product
