Placed an order for curtains worth rs.2k+ from an instagram page called thehippiesaaz run by a duo called neha and rajnish on the 12th of june 2020. Promised delivery date was 1st of july. Today is the 3rd of august and i haven't received it yet. Over the last month, i wrote innumerous messages on their business and personal instagram pages, made calls on the gpay number where i paid, wrote mails however, got no response from any of the sources.in between i did receive another false promise saying that the order will be delivered by 24th july latest when i asked for an update. Then she blocked me on instagram and ever since then no response. I tried reaching out to them through various means but no response. They have comments resticted on their page. Blocked me on personal accounts, no rating or comment section in website. Basically they know the art of keeping their slate clean from criticisms. Meanwhile, they've been posting about their new launched website, boasting about milestones, offers but they don't have the basic courtesy to respond or update a customer who has made a pre-paid order. It's only when it's almost two months now that i got to know from quora and consumer complaint that i'm not the only one but others have been cheated and treated like this as well. Initially i really appreciated the work these people were doing but after this kind of behaviour and service, i have no good words in store for them. It's humiliating when you have to get for things you've purchased.

I see that you still have on your website the exact same curtain (4 pieces) that I ordered online. I want to know why you are unable to deliver. If you cannot deliver...then YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ORDERS. Could you please arrange to deliver my order as soon as you can and take back the wrong ones (2 pieces) that came to me. Why are you unable to deliver your order - when I have paid full amount. Please attend to this as soon as possible - or else I will have to take action!!!
I had ordered 4 curtains on July 11, 2020 and paid for them online, upfront. To my surprise, I received just 2 curtains, different from those I had ordered. I got in touch with your contact on Instagram (must be one of you) and was told that the wrong curtains would be picked up and the right ones will be shipped. After that I have had no contact - I have been unable to contact you on phone or on Instagram. I feel very cheated!! Is this fair on your part? Please respect your buyers. If you cannot ship to Bangalore, I can give you an address in Delhi. Please confirm.
