They are cheat and God knows who all are supporting these cheats. They are taking money from all customers in advance and not delivering the product and even don't respond to chat and mails.
It's been three months

I am writing this to complain about the non delivery of the product ruffle curtains after being paid 4593 rupees on the order #38650 Poster bed curtains set of 6 placed on july 18 2023. We have already crossed 5 months as on today, Can you please take appropriate action on the same?

It’s been 4 months neither I received my order nor any update, on complaining the owner i.e, Neha Pathak starts using abusive language.

It's a fraud company. They are cheating people online. Pls do not fall for their ad on social media. I bought poster bed drapes and rice lights from them online on 11th may 2023 and paid the full amount Rs 5447 in advance.
The site after taking money does not confirm any delivery date and for weeks after also the status is never updated. I have been sending them emails but there is no response and there is no number to call them.

Order no is 28367 placed on 28th dec it's been over a month still not dispatched after so many follow ups by what's app insta mail they didn't get our answer
Seems to be fraud they even deleted immediately negative comments don't order from them

Either don’t deliver or deliver partial or wrong orders . I ordered on October 16 and today received partial order worth around 500 out of total order of rupees 4964. They don’t respond to mail, Dm or WhatsApp. Mobile is always switched off . They are very active on social media Facebook and Instagram but they keep deleting all negative comments immediately. On checking found so many fraud complaints against them.

Ordered on 16th October . Order no. 26573 worth Rs 4694 . . Their customer support is just an eye wash, written 4 emails, DM on Instagram, WhatsApp but no response. Mobile number provided is always switched off . Today I received partial order worth Rs 498 which was for Diwali decoration ( 1 week post Diwali) but major order of curtains etc still no trace and no response. I think they are fraud website, very active on Instagram but no response to any query .

These people and fake promises are like so same. One day they give me a date of delivery and promise that i will receive the curtains since they won't refund my money and then the day of the promised date, they don't want to reply. Guys, it's all fake. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I got to know about this Instagram page called Hippisaaz from random scrolling there they are selling curtains and some other home decor stuff and I have ordered two curtains as there was some offer going on buy two get 3 free so I placed my order and paid approx 2400INR by then its been 2.5 months they havent delivered my product and not even responding to the mails, whatsapp messages, calls and in Instagram they are deleting my comments and I am sure they are constantly doing fraud with their customers by giving exciting offers.
so kindly pay attention to my complaint and take action against these guys they are transferring the hard earned money of people and girls are the majority getting trapped by this page.

This company is a fraud and the owner “miss Neha” is a fraudster who is very good at luring you with good offers on her website and Instagram posts and then takes your money and never delivers them…if asked again and agian they lie that the product has been dispatched and then they never share the tracking details and the product never reaches you…You keep in trying the number which is always out of order…i want my money back!

This particular company called hippiesaaz owned by neha is fraud. I ordered a product from them on Feb 2nd 2021. But I didn't received my order nor refund till date . They do fake promises that they will refund the money but no response from them after that. I tried to contact them through all sources but all my efforts gone in vain. She blocked on instagram and all other sources i tried to contact her . So please everyone be careful while placing a order with them

Trying to reach out their team on various platforms, absolutely no response received from any emails, Instagram messages, phone is switched off or busy. Have done online research and found many of them have been duped in the similar manner.

I have paid money. Tried contacting them via email, messenger, Instagram, whatsapp, email and calls. No response after basic 2 responses.one that they have received amount and they are sorry that they haven't dispatched. Today received a response saying whats my order no. And then because I have asked about their estimated delivery, they have blocked my account. How is this company working if there are so many complaints against the same. This is amounting yo harassment. When we pay, we deserve a come around time. I have never received one. Are you stealing the money? How is this acceptable???

I placed my order on 27th of November and today is 31st dec I have not recieved my order. The challenge is that this guys are not responding mails or calls or any msg.. when I wanted to book the curtain the response was prompt and she also gave 40% off which had ended. I thought these guys are damn professional but now I am at the recieving end.

Hippiesaaz is a fraud company. They have not yet delivered my prepaid order. They don't reply to emails, don't respond to instagram messages nor calls. They will block you if you message them continuously. Don't ever buy from Hippiesaaz.
Going to file a police complaint against this company. I will make sure that they stop this cheating business.

I placed an order from Hippiesaaz for curtains on September 13th. The total value of my order was 3k. It's going to be a month and they have yet not delivered my products even though I prepaid for the order. I tried contacting them on Gmail, instagram but to no avail. They just don't reply to your concerns. These guys are fraudsters.

I paid for buy one get one offer through their instagram page. They sent me a link in gmail to place the order and pay. I paid in april 2020 and till date no reponse from them. They are active in their insta page but never reply to our messages.

So i finally placed the order from this insta page after following for an year.
Placed first order on 5th august and second order by end of august.
Have still no news of my orders, not recieved the package.
Team kept misguiding me with the delivery date.
Finally neha (Founder of the brand) responded with voice message that both my orders were shipped in september first week..
I followed up again after a week nd they stopped responding to my messages.
Uploaded a story complaining then recieved a call from +[protected] informing that product will be delivered following sat.

When i asked why neha misguided, i was told she got confused.
Now it has been a week since then and no news or update on my order.
They have restricted me from messaging or commenting.
No response on my emails.
Phone number has been removed from insta page and website.

I am so frustrated right now. She keeps on posting how people dnt keep patience and keep posting negative stuff... Girl u need to work on ur commitments. I[censored]r running a brand you should know how to do customer service as well.
