I have paid money. Tried contacting them via email, messenger, Instagram, whatsapp, email and calls. No response after basic 2 responses.one that they have received amount and they are sorry that they haven't dispatched. Today received a response saying whats my order no. And then because I have asked about their estimated delivery, they have blocked my account. How is this company working if there are so many complaints against the same. This is amounting yo harassment. When we pay, we deserve a come around time. I have never received one. Are you stealing the money? How is this acceptable??? Was this information helpful? |
