Hippiesaaz — Online order of curtains

So i finally placed the order from this insta page after following for an year.
Placed first order on 5th august and second order by end of august.
Have still no news of my orders, not recieved the package.
Team kept misguiding me with the delivery date.
Finally neha (Founder of the brand) responded with voice message that both my orders were shipped in september first week..
I followed up again after a week nd they stopped responding to my messages.
Uploaded a story complaining then recieved a call from +[protected] informing that product will be delivered following sat.

When i asked why neha misguided, i was told she got confused.
Now it has been a week since then and no news or update on my order.
They have restricted me from messaging or commenting.
No response on my emails.
Phone number has been removed from insta page and website.

I am so frustrated right now. She keeps on posting how people dnt keep patience and keep posting negative stuff... Girl u need to work on ur commitments. I[censored]r running a brand you should know how to do customer service as well.
I have placed an order worth 8k + and this is what i get in return.

i had same experience. when i asked for refund they said they cant give back money as they already started the work for it. it was in april 2020 and till now in sep 2020 they never responded about the courier or anything. we must get justice for this.
