[Resolved] Hire in Global — Accuracy: Not Available (work failed in ASCII Validation)

My Registration ID - EW8J2204 (Rcvd work on 30.12.2021, Submitted work on 31.12.2021 and QC report dated 05.01.2022)
Everything is fine as far as registration with 550 is concerned which I paid twice once for in accuracy and later 2nd time with the captioned subject as cited above. My issue is nobody replies to your queries just auto reply messages keep coming in. If you don't understand anything or require any explanation then nobody is their to explain or mail properly. They don't understand its our hard earned money with so much effort invested. Please let me know as to why my work got rejected and what is the meaning of the caption? I am genuinely interested but cannot further keep on paying the money. If they can re-examine the work and give another chance without fees will be highly appreciated as I feel my work submitted is error free mostly and done as per the company protocol.

It really baseless and wastage of time. Your reports sent are not only inaccurate but also bogus I think. Just fooling people.

I have just mailed you my queries in your company complain section. You may please look into the matter and once again validate my jobwork sent on 31.12.2021. See randomly I checked my work on website I could not find any error or ASCII Validation issue as mentioned by you. Then how come you sent such details. See we are paid money coz we trusted your company and now no proper response.

Have you find what is ASCII Validation failed means ? My work also denied for the same reason. They did not give any specific reason why I failed. You should also ask to them here as well as on mail, what is ASCII Validation. And when you know, please tell me here. Thanks.

The same had happened with me also. They did the same to me. After typing I reviewed word by word again and then submitted my work. But in result QC department said Failed in ASCII Validation. They send a big mail but It contains only fullish things. I think they Cheated us. Now they are not giving any reply. Not here not on official website.
They had done fraud. I'm going to take legal action against them.
