[Resolved]  Hire in Global — Ascii issue (ew7j7092, ew8j1408)

Dear sir,

I have taken up the work from your company three times ( EW7J6942, EW7J7092, EW8J1408) and I have not passed any one of them . The first work was inaccurate and I got an accuracy report and I accept it The second and the third result came as "ASCII VALIDATION FAILED" which I really don't understand the reason since I am working the same way as I did my first work In Notepad. Just to inform (EW7J7092, EW8J1408) I took the help of my wife to recheck the work twice so there won't be any mistakes like the first one ), but your report came as ASCII VALIDATION FAILED, which i cant understand . The first work I did myself without help of anyone and made mistakes then your accuracy report was there and when I sent other work without any mistakes the report came as ASCII VALIDATION FAILED, So how this is happening ?

As you have mentioned, If we are not happy with the result we can get our deposit back, but there is no way to request for a refund of my deposit as your WhatsApp is an automated one, so no one to help and no one to talk about this matter. Only if we talk to someone, we will come to know what is the mistake we are making in the work.
Simply I have lost Rs 1100 for the last 2 projects (EW7J7092, EW8J1408) without any reason( ASCII VALIDATION FAILED)
Please give me a contact number to talk to someone or ask someone to contact me as I wanted to work with you . Also, I wanted to get my deposit back for (EW7J7092, EW8J1408), as you have mentioned in the mail since there is no accuracy report, we are working 3 or 4 days and if we don't get any results, it is not fair ...

Our QC Department is rejecting work if work found be done using any OCR or any character is found in Notepad which is not written-able using keyboard.

If you say i have used OCR to type this which I didn't do, then how did I get my accuracy report for EW7J6942 which was below 80% ? I think there is something wrong with the QC DEPARTMENT because I rechecked twice (EW7J7092, EW8J1408) before submitting to you and there was no error or some errors which I may have missed but I never used any software as you have mentioned . I did it the same way as I did my first work EW7J6942 . EVEN IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH ME ON THIS, THEN WHY CANT YOUR COMPANY RETURN THE MONEY, AS I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY RESULT.. I Simply work for this and I lost my money, so please return my deposit Rs 1100/ for (EW7J7092, EW8J1408)

When we ask for a refund of the deposit, you simply not replying on that matter... Please return my money back for (EW7J7092, EW8J1408) as I have not used any software like OCR to convert anything to Notepad, as you have sent me an accuracy report for my first project Your Project ID : QP0177J, Registration ID : EW7J6942, there is no possibility to say that I am using a software like OCR to convert text to Notepad, otherwise please explain to me what I mistake I made in other projects (EW7J7092, EW8J1408) other than OCR issue! or else please return my deposit for both projects as you have mentioned in your mail .

Please ask someone to contact me regarding my issue, I have written a complaint many times in this website and once I filled up the form in your website .

I wanted to work further with you but I wanted to know what is the exact issue other then OCR as I don't have any in my system until now, so I wanted to talk to someone and know the reason behind ASCII VALIDATION other wise, Please return my deposit back for EW7J7092, EW8J1408 as you have mentioned in your email

Don't use any Other software so you will not face any issue of ASCII validation. I am simple typing and getting payment.

I am not using any software to do this work because I have registered 3 times with them, First time I got an accuracy report with below 80% accuracy so I accept it . But in other 2 works they have told that it is validation error which is very strange since I am using notepad only to type nothing else and it is same as the first work so I really don't know what went wrong ... Apart from first work the rest all the work checked by my wife too so there cant be any mistakes if I am not wrong, so are they suspecting of using any software since there are no mistakes? Apart from this I have installed Grammarly which wont work with notepad it is simply for my email typing so I don't know if it is a issue with them .

May I know what is your accuracy level ... Please give me a advice on this matter
