I ordered a zoom car because I was having a appointment with Doctor in Tamil Nadu because of your zoom car management the car was not unlocking by the zoom car app and I missed my appointment with the doctor so I appeal a compensation of 50000 from zoom car because of irresponsibility of zoom car

We applied for a normal refund, but due to compony profit they raised full refund request without informing us we applied for normal refund because o[censored]rgent requirement as i am felt in hospital need money in emergency don't have money if dided clear trip responsible

They didn't deliver my parcel and DTDC person opened my parcel and used the items. Created many tickets with Customer support but of no use.

How can they use Customer's parcel? How can someone forged my signature on receiver's acknowledgement?
I didn't expect this from a big firm like DTDC.

The dogs of neighbor also barks day & night, they all dogs irritating full area from last several month . The Street dogs & the dogs of neighbor out side the main gate run & bark on the person passing through the street & also children who playing their. I am a user of Airtel postpaids connection. Currently i am staying in Netherlands (Europe). Since i am in need of airtel number here in europe, i received few calls here as incoming roaming. Based on this i have been charged with (Rs 2305.00) which i agree. Also i have activated my international roaming pack for next 3 months which i have recharged at Rs 5999. However airtel has added my internet usage charge of Rs 649 for 6 days (21nov, 22 nov, 23 nov, 29 nov, 30 nov, 1 nov) which i do not agree as i have a single smartphone which has dual sim and has a local netherland number (Lebara +[protected] and data is enabled in this. Also due to lockdown i am fully at home where i also have 24*7 wifi. So in ideal case my data should be consumed from my wifi and in case of my mobile data it should go from my quota of netherland data pack. So the possibility of 649 inr *6 = 3891 is not possible.

I am attaching the copy of my email where total amount of 13, 921 Rs is charged of which i do not agree with 3891 Rs and as per the usage[protected] = 10030 Rs is the legit charge.

Yesterday I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and at time of check in we requested the receptionist to allow my 5th guest for 2 hours as his train was late and we asked him to the provide 2 hours he will not stay after 10PM so he simply denies, also told us to ask your guest to wait outside as they will not allow my guest to enter my room which I booked.

We also suggest him to add one person in app and modify our booking but he told me that you already paid the amount via online hence we can't do anything. Further after 30 mins of arguments, he told me to give 500 bucks to provide the entry of my guest in the room.

I want to know if I booked 2 rooms and unfortunately my guest told me that his train is late so i think nobody in India told their guest to do their own booking.

2nd complaint

At early in the morning 4.30 AM when I go to washroom so I can't find any soap in washroom and also there is no water in the tap so at that time i was searching for the water because without water I can't came outside the washroom. Then I found small amount of water there in a bucket and i used that water. Then at early in the morning without washing my hand I go to reception for the soap.

I paid 1900 bucks for this type of services???

This is horrible experience

Then at 9.30AM, hotel management knocked our rooms and ask for check out . I want to know I paid the amount till 11 AM then why the management disturb our sleep at 9.30AM.

I need a solution for this as for me this booking is totally worthless and waste of money, also the embarrassment which I faced in-front of my guests.

I have booked bus on redbus from Katra to Chandigarh for 04th December 2022 having ticket number TRCS5157950. My boarding time is 3 pm. I have received a call on 1:30 pm that due to some technical reason my bus will not come to Katra and they advised us to reached Jammu and get bus from there. Since I have no other option, I reached jammu. I am very surprised when I get to know that the bus which I have booked from Katra to Chandigarh (Vijay Tour & Travel) has no service from Katra to Chandigarh and there service starts from Jammu Only. If this is the situation why redbus display there service from Katra to Jammu on their website and misguide people. Kindly stop doing this to get profit.
