Advice to all complainer, please work slowly and read once after writing every line so, no mistakes in work. They are not giving any target. So, why hurry for work. If you work in speed to complete more pages in short time, you will leave mistakes in work. So, work without mistakes and take time to complete work.
In my case, I am writing and my wife reading my work so my mistakes are being removed by my wife before submission of work.

I am a b.com graduate. After my baby, i have to left my job. And wanted to work from home to support my husband.
So, i found Hire in global company on quikr and joined this company.
Got first work on same day of registration. And getting regular payments.
First work done in husband laptop. From second work, company provided laptop to work. Laptop is not new but it has i3 processor it is enough for this work. They deducting just 500 rs from my salary every month. My average monthly salary is approx 25000 rs. I am working average 5 pages per day.

I am writing this complaint for the third time and I have made a complaint in your website also for the same issue .

I have worked three times with your company
1st work EW7J6942 ( accuracy report less then 80%)
2nd work and 3rd work EW7J7092, EW8J1408 (ASCII VALIDATION FAILED)

So my question is how I got an accuracy report in my first work where there was some errors and I accept it also, because I am working only in notepad, I am not using any OCR thing like you have mention in my last my complaint, so how my works EW7J7092, EW8J1408 is getting rejected only thing I have done is that i have taken help of my wife to recheck before sending and made corrections is that wrong because you have mentioned that we can take help or share our work with anyone...
Please explain and resolve my complaint as i have not used any software other than rechecking was done with help of my wife and corrected the text files once mistakes were found, so there must no mistakes or a few which we might missed.

If you are not satisfied with what i am saying, Please return my deposit as you have mentioned in your email because i am not happy with my result and Rs550 is not small money for my family, we are already struggling.

Otherwise please ask someone to contact and resolve my issue so i can work again with you . I need work

This is the third time I am writing this complaint to you and I also filled up the compliant form in your website but still there is no proper answer from your side and no one had contacted me regarding this, all I wanted is to work with you but I want to know exact reason for rejecting the my 2 works with a reason "ASCII VALIDATION FAILED" which I could never understand or i could not accept your reply where you have mentioned OCR software . I have worked the same way as i did my first work EW7J6942 Where i got an accuracy report less then 80% so i need to accept it and then the next works EW7J7092, EW8J1408 was rejected with a reason ASCII VALIDATION which i could not understand since i am working the same way as i did in my first work EW7J6942, so what was wrong and what mistakes i did ? Is it simply because i took help from my wife to recheck the work to make it error free ?

Please give me proper solution on this, as i wanted to work with you
and you are not even replying about the refund which requested 3 times since i am not happy with my last 2 resultsand you have also mentioned in your email that we can request for a refund (EW7J7092, EW8J1408)

If someone can contact me and resolve this issue then i would be happy . i want to work with you anyway.

My work accuracy is below 80% then work is inaccurate can i re submit my work. I fixed my mistakes

Hello I have joined hire in globel and after joining and submitting 20 files, they said you have not cleared the test files so they can't give you project because accuracy was not good. I have submitted the project files with 100% accuracy. They have not refunded my 550 rs deposit also. They are fraud cheaters. They know how to fool people. After responding on WhatsApp for refund, they don't answer. So please guys don't waste your time and money in such a fraud company like Hire In Global.

Hey all, I am Kishan.
Before I have question in mind that, this company is genuine or not. I don't have certificate so I can't join without security deposit of 550 Rs.
Before I was affraid, not for money but for hard work. as 550 Rs is not big for me. I joined and tried. I have recieved the project on same day of Registration. They not giving any time target to submit work. I can take more time to work but I have submitted work in two days. because only 20 pages in first work. I got result in 2 days. my accuracy was 83%. as my accuracy is greater than 80% they paid me full amount of my work. I got call from them by mobile number [protected], i have given my google pay number to get my salasry and I got payment 4150 rs. then I realised they are refunding security deposit after first work. earlier i think, they will refund once i leave this work but i refunded after first work.
Update. In second work, I have taken 80 pages and got 14400 rs today. Now i am thinking to take 200 pages in my third work. If any trouble, i Will update in future.

Im a store keeper. Wanted to work in part time. I found info of Hire in Global. But don't know about company at that time.
Risk was too low, only 550 Rs security amount so i have taken risk.
Next day, i got work. Submitted work in a week due to my little busy schedule. Got result and payment in three days.
Got refund of 550 plus 3600.

Getting paid of my works. Working from 8 months. They are replying late. But replying and solving queries....

Why did you add extra word and word missing error separately? It was already mentioned in the mail that either word missing/extra word 0.9% field % in whole work. You can't cheat your employees like that! be genuine to the people who are trying hard to work and earn money. Because of you adding them separately I got 21% you made me to not have 20% how fraud you people are. I just wasted my time and money paying you people. Check my QC report and pay me properly it's a request I already lost money for paying registration amount in your compan. Now don't make waste of the time which I spent to complete your given work.

I joined in free registration. I think they refunded amount of registration charge but i not paid it to join. So I got extra. I am unable to contact them. I can I return it to company.

I have taken up the work from your company three times ( EW7J6942, EW7J7092, EW8J1408) and I have not passed any one of them . The first work was inaccurate and I got an accuracy report and I accept it The second and the third result came as "ASCII VALIDATION FAILED" which I really don't understand the reason since I am working the same way as I did my first work In Notepad. The first work I did myself without help of anyone and made mistakes then your accuracy report was there and when I sent other work without any mistakes the report came as ASCII VALIDATION FAILED, So how this is happening ?

As you have mentioned, If we are not happy with the result we can get our deposit back, but there is no way to request for a refund of my deposit as your WhatsApp is an automated one, so no one to help and no one to talk about this matter. Only if we talk to someone, we will come to know what is the mistake we are making in the work.
Simply I have lost Rs 1100 for the last 2 projects (EW7J7092, EW8J1408) without any reason( ASCII VALIDATION FAILED)
Please give me a contact number to talk to someone or ask someone to contact me as I wanted to work with you .
