Dear sir, i have registered 3 times and paid Rs550 each time but my report always comes as ASCII VALIDATION FAILED . I am typing in Notepad only, Please give me a number to resolve this problem . Your whatsapp number is always busy and I cannot contact anyone regarding this issue as I wanted to register again.

I have worked three times with your company,

1 st exam work
Your Project ID : QP0177J
Registration ID : EW7J6942
Result: accuracy below 80% ( I got report also)

2 nd exam work
Your Project ID : QP0156J
Registration ID : EW7J7092
Result: ASCII VALIDATION FAILED

3RD WORK
Your Project ID : QP0170J
Registration ID : EW8J1408

I am working the same way as I did in the first work, so how did ASCII VALIDATION FAILED in the last 2 works ?
Please explain to me what mistake I made as I have no clue about this . I am not able to contact anyone regarding this and there is no reply when I sent mail to you also . Otherwise please return my registration fees as mentioned in your email for the last two works. I need to know what mistake has been made since I am working the same way as I did in the first work.

Please explain to me as I have my first work in NOTEPAD and I am doing the same for next 2 project so how ASCII VALIDATION FAILED ? or please ask someone to contact me and explain about as there is no contact number and there is no response in whatsapp to get my registration fees back .

I have done my first project QP0177J (typed in notepad) and i got accuracy report which was correct as per my work, so i need to accept it . But my second and third projects QP0156J, QP0170J was rejected due to ASCII validation which was strange as all work was done in the same way but i have done checking it twice before i send the next 2 projects QP0156J, QP0170J . So what in way your QC DEPARTMENT SAYS I USED OCR? IS IT BECAUSE I CHECKED PROPERLY AND SENT THEM WITHOUT MISTAKES ? This is not right from your side and it is not a valuable reason also . So please returned my money back as you have mentioned in your email as i am not happy with my result, because communicating in email wont help us, we need someone to tell us what is exact reason or what is the way to rectify to these validation error...
There is no one to talk from your company, all the numbers are busy or unanswered so this is not right from your side . I do want to work but i should know what is really happening in my work ...

Please return my deposit for two projects QP0156J and QP0170J as you have mentioned in your email .

ASCII validation fail means they found any character or symbol which is not typable from keyboard. My one friend copied a symbol from Word to Notepad so he got work rejected. We other friends getting regular payments.

I don't know why your work rejected but I got payment in full amount with my accuracy 87%. but they not shown by 13% errors. But i am happy because i got full payment.

    Fraud company even though if you do work also it will show ASCII rejection if you put any complaint they won't respond they will send the same mail that ASCII rejected don't go for this company one of the biggesst fraud company in the world

    Your work failed in ASCII validation, means you have using any third party software or OCR conversion and copied and pasted any symbol which is not writtenable in Keyboard.

    I didn't do any thing like that as you are fake so that your are. saying tht ASCII rejection this is not the first time I have re registered and then after also it was showing ASCII rejection as you are doing fraud by taking money and after work completed if we send to you it will show compulsary ASCII rejection .3 of my friends also got the same response doing fraud is your business right

    I am getting payments. My works not rejected by this type or reason. As they mentioned in rules, you have broke rules and used automation in completion of work. Manually typing is required.

    My accuracy was 87% but still they paid me full amount. So, I know this is not fake company. I don't know why your work rejected.

      Minimum 80% is required for Payment and Refund of registration charges.
      As per my knowledge, minimum 80% accuracy is required to get refund of security deposit. I got refund with payment of my first work.
      I have 87% accuracy and got full payment of my work. Only one complaint, they not show 13% errors.

          Payment department, account department is accurate they send payment on same day of result but problem with work allocation team and qc department team.
          They not working on sunday. So they are not providing work and result of submitted work on sunday.

But my ATM card of kotak got corrupted so i decided to give SBI account but they not called me and sent payment to kotak account. I am urgency of money and kotak branch is far away from my home.             I am getting calls everytime before they send payment to my bank account. I am working more than a year.

                Before completion of first work I have faced some issue to contact support team because I was new.

                      I am a Senior Citizen and do work meticulously as per HIG paramaters. I have done exam project nos. twice. (1) Regn ID EW7J6086 Project ID
                      QP0180J on 29.5.21 (2) Regn. ID EW81302 on 19.10.21. Both were
                      rejected in ASCII parameters. I strongly feel that THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEIR QUALITY DEPARTMENT system, ( a computer error)
                      as I am sure that I have worked with 100 percent accuracy in all parameters. I hope, HIG will definitely review my complaints, RESOLVE MY ISSUE as soon as possible and also provide me further work. I will definitely post my REVIEW after they resolve the issue . I hope the Management will review my complaints and solve the same.

                      Apropos my posting complaint on 22/10/21 in this platform, I have also made a complaint in Hire in Global Complain Form, to which they sent automated reply to my email that they will reply/resolve the issue within 3 days. Pained to note that there is no response from them or refund of my two deposits 599 and 550 made and my two projects were rejected with (ASCII parameters - God only knows their terminology) though I have submitted both the projects accurately..( I am a Senior Citizen & know my responsibility. I have sincerely worked and have not used any extra dubious means or software to submit the papers). Repeating below my details :

                      Company not responding to my direct complaints with them. They forward only automated acknowledgement of complaint stating that complaint will be resolved. I have submitted 2 projects
                      with 100 percent accuracy. I am a experienced senior citizen and do not want to cheat the company
                      by submitting inaccurate work. Let them refund the registration amount for the two projects or provide
                      further work .
                      It is 2 months past since I posted my complaint about 2 projects I have done. Both were rejected on ASCII
                      parameters. Complaints not yet resolved by Hire in Global. They only respond by sending automated
                      reply : " For any Complain, fill complain form on our website. We will try to solve complain as soon as possible. " and get the matter posted as RESOLVED. Please note readers, my complaints HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED.

                        I am from Surat Gujarat. I joined in Hire in Global company in December 2019. Rejoin in November 2020. I am earning from this company. Only rejected once due to ACSII failed because I worked in MS word by mistake.
                        I worked in Notepad and my accuracy is between 85 to 95 % in every work. Getting paid on same day of result of completed work.

                            I have registered on 20 October 2021 till now i haven't recieve my registration id and no emails regarding the project...
                            No response from the coustmer care emails calls text messages as well.

                              I have paid last light for the registration 550rs and still haven't got my registration id yet and also no projects or whatsoever... coustmer care not responding to any emails or calls messages.

                                  Hi team i raised complaint numerous time through mail through you web page but still didn't get a single reply regarding my complaint.why you guys cheat people.

                                  I SUBMITTED MY WORK AND RECIVED QC REPORT AS ASCII FAIL.BUT WHEN I CHECK IT IT SHOWS ERROR FOR COLON OR SEMICOLON (: ;) I WHICH IS NOT RIGHT BECAUSE EVERY PUNCTUATION IS USED IN ORIGINAL PAGE TOO.THEN HOW CAN I FAILED IN IT.EVERY PAGE IS RIGHT KINDLY CHECK PAGE NO 2 ..and more over my 19pages out of 20is correct so your accuracy level to meet..why i didn't get money.

                                  Look i m not ready to waste my 4days in it.i want my registration amount as well as pay value for 20pages

                                  Hope this website help me in it .else i already loose hope from you guys.

                                  They will not share reason for ASCII Validation failed.so they will not pay single penny for your work but they says they will refund registration amount ₹550/-

                                  Cumon HIG... atleast read complaint properly before replying to complaint.i alredy mentioned that i filled twice complaint from your website. First i filled on 11th oct 2021, 3working days over without any response then i again filled form still didn't get i respond.

                                  i also got report saying ascii error twice, I really don't know what mistake I am making ... Are you using any other software to check spelling before you send or copy paste from Notepad to any software to check spelling ?
