Please check the images attached. The grocery bag was not sealed and was just knotted, please see the images attached. The lal shahi's Mysore Pak of 400gm of Rs 149-/ was opened and half eaten and this disgusts me out during this covid time. The delivery person didn't bothered to open the bag in-front of me and check it. He dropped it and went away after I paid him. I have recorded a video for proof from the time of opening of the bag and seeing the inside contents of it because it was my 1st time grocery shopping from Flip-kart and I had read bad reviews on twitter. I am returning the product based on the chat with a customer service executive as she said replacement is not possible. Please initiate me a refund asap dear flip-kart. I won't go back to the flip-kart grocery section I promise. 1st and last time it was.
Please find out who did this and I request you to make sure that no other customers have to go through this yuck experience. It's been 2 days.
