My dear friend, I am very glad that you are getting regular payments but you are not the Only person who knows how to type accurately and provide quality output. Here is a simple thing, firstly if we do mistakes a GENUINE company must be able to point out those mistakes to that employee, secondly under any circumstances a GENUINE company should show a minimum responsibility to a person by give response of his email, who paid to you, and thirdly after following all the instructions correctly which are mentioned by in their mail along with project work if the result is "ASCII validation failed" then either this is a problem with that ### software or the problem lies with 'Company's Liability'.
All you people who are reporting that this is GENUINE company and I am earning from it, you are simply that company's own staff only and this is a new way to make the jobseeker fool.
Being just an non-company person just working two projects for the company you have attached here a image which shows company done payment to 5 individual person. hoe you get Company's payment report? you are a staff of this company and those all person of that image are same. to make jobseeker fool you are transferring money in your account and showing it. can you provide your own bank statement where it can be shown that amount got credited in your account by debiting from HIRE IN GLOBAL account?

the company is just a hoax. they have no intention of giving you money for your work. all they want is your money. they definitely pay some people to keep themselves good guys in front of others so that they can keep people scamming. i have also paid around 500 rupees to join their project as did not have a typing certificate. they gave me some files which i still had on my google drive (both the files provided by them and the work i done in the notepad, i just recently deleted them.). what i did i followed their rules on how to complete the job. i checked my work and the accuracy at least a dozen times as I didn't want to submit the work with even a single error. I it took me several hours to compare the files they provided with the text that i typed. i compared the data word by word and letter by letter. and i did repeated that nearly a dozen times, because it was my first task. i did all that even though I had been typing in English for past 10-12 years. but when i submitted the work they rejected it saying that my accuracy is below what is required.

now lets move to the second part. the certificate from an institute regarding the typing speed and accuracy. in today's technologically advanced world a company which is receiving so many so called projects from companies around the world can easily provide online typing and accuracy test for the people who wants to join their project. you simply need to write the code for that purpose. and when you receive such work from companies around the world (like HIG is claiming it is receiving projects from other companies/clients etc.) those such clients/companies actually pay you to complete the task. so if HIG is really genuine and getting the data entry projects as it is claiming, it is receiving money from those such companies. so, the logic here is HIG does not need advance fee from freelancers who want to work with them. 2nd thing when you want to work with reputed company they call you personally to interview, to gather information about the guy they are going to work. because they have the reputation to maintain, they don't want to hire a wrong person to do the job. but HIG is doing nothing like that. they can also. in-short it is a fraud.
and for those who are getting paid which i really don't believe. but let's say they are paying to some freelancers. the main motive could be (and I think it is the case) so that those people can bring more referrals, they can post positive comments on various review sites about HIG so that more innocent people get trapped into this scam. LONG STORY SHORT "HIG" IS A SCAM. AND THIS IS RUNNING BY SOME FRAUDSTERS. there are so many red signals which should alert an aware freelancer. one of them is you don't pay any money to the people who are providing you the work. if they require any security money etc. they can easily deduct it from your first payment that you are expected to receive. it is as simple as that. and the most important part, you are providing them the work, you are working for them. and those companies is already paying HIG from where they are receiving such projects. so, HIG doesn't need any money from freelancers at all.
