What is ASCII Validation Means?
My Registration Details are:

Registered Email : [protected]@gmail.com
I register HIG on 16th Feb 2022 and got the project on the 17th Feb 2022, I submitted the project on 18th Feb 2022. 22nd Feb 2022 I received the Accuracy report, stating I am not eligible (work failed in ASCII Validation) and a detailed report is not provided.
I am 100% sure of my accuracy.
In an email, the company also mentioned
(QC Department will not provide a detailed accuracy report.
If you are still not happy with our Exam rules, you can send a message on WhatsApp to ask for a refund of your registration charges. Mention proper details while sending a message.)
I tried to contact on Whatsapp, but no use, all messages are automatically generated. Attached proof of whatsapp conversation.
So I request you to please refund my Registration Charges which I have paid earlier. I am attaching the proof of payment.
