[Resolved]  Hire in Global — IndiTab Data Recharge payment made of Rs 999 to my Jio number on 24th Dec 2021 at 11:05 am payment deducted but not credited

Data Recharge payment made of Rs 999 to my Jio number [protected] through inditab on 24th Dec 2021 at 11:05 am. The payment had been deducted from my bank account but not credited to my recharge account. It had also been told that the amount refunded to Inditab wallet, of which I have no access to use.
INDITAB Kindly refund the money straight to the bank account if not paid.
If not done then I WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THE SAME CLAIMING IT TO BE CYBER CRIME AND AGAINST RBI DIGITAL PLATFORM MANDATE. ALSO PUBLIC MONEY CANNOT BE LOOTED LIKE THIS IN THE NAME OF DIGITIZATION.
