[Resolved] Hire in Global — NO Response for COMPLAINT

I have recently submitted my work (Project ID : QP0177J) and received result stating "work failed in ASCII Validation". Can you explain what it means since I have checked from my end and verified that the accuracy of this work is above 80% as required and the format used was Times New Roman font 12 also as required. I have also compressed the work before sending it. Moreover this is the same laptop and format I'm using for the previous work and it is accepted without any issues. (but been rejected since accuracy is less than 80% Project ID : QP0175J Registration ID : EW8J2733). Therefore I have verified all the accuracy and parameter needed for recent work (Project ID : QP0177J) but been rejected in ASCII verification which I don't understand why or what it means exactly.
