[Resolved] Hire in Global — Work report is corrupted and can't open file

I was asked to type 20 pages for getting approved of my accuracy. I too typed it in 4 days and sent it. I verified that my typing is fully accurate and submitted it The QC department has mailed me on 25.07.2022 that my work is less than 80% accurate. so they are rejecting it. Also they have sent me an xlsx file that is corrupt and does not even opnen or get converted to pdf or any other format too. I tried to contact them through mail twice.
