[Resolved]  Hire in Global — Worst experience

I would like to share our group experience with Leh Ladakh trip with Hire in Global.

We are completely disappointed with this trip, details below:

We were supposed to reach Leh by 20th April'23 by 10 AM, but due to bad weather, our flight has been rescheduled to 21st April'23.

We requested Bhupeshwar Pal Singh([protected]@Hire in Global.com) for postponing the trip i.e, trip starts from 21st April'23. He said he will try but no confirmation. We thought Hire in Global can definitely agree and help us on postponing. So, we postponed our return flight tickets from 26th to 27th April'23 without confirmation as the trust we have on Hire in Global.

Below are the details of our day wise trip experience:

21st April'23:

- We reached the hotel by around 1:30 PM, and got bikes by 5 PM after briefing about bike trip by local POC(Maqbool Moqudasi) as well as took 5000 as a security deposit for each bike. Then told us to cover day 1 itinerary(please check in our package details, for the places needs to cover). We covered only Santhi Sthupha, small portion of Leh market. We missed rest of the places due to the lack of time.

- On the same day, local POC sent a message in WhatsApp group for arranging a meeting by 10:30 PM about change of plan from bike to tempo traveller due to bad weather. We were tired and slept early. No one called us for the meeting. Other group members agreed on change of plan without our concern.

22nd April'23:

Nubra Valley

- They forced us to return bike keys back to the local POC otherwise they won't start the journey, we called Bhupesh explained the situation, he said to escalate it as he can't do anything. Here, we were helpless to do anything. Here journey got delayed by 1 hr.

- Difficulties with tempo traveller: 2 tempo travellers arranged for whole group.

- There is no basic requirements in our tempo as mentioned in the itinerary: i.e, No oxygen cylinder, first aid kit, heater, mechanic.

- Oxygen cylinder available in only one tempo, and they never waited for us.

- We faced a lot of struggles. Seats are very congested, even 5ft people cannot sit. Knees are touching the front seat. Due to no heater in tempo people suffer with vomits, nausea, headache, and freezing. Journey was horrible & unbearable.

Note: They charged 1500 per head(i.e, 12000/- for our group of 8 people) for arranging a tempo traveller. We requested Bhupesh to take money from bike packages and pay to them. They didn't agree.

Another note, during the initial discussion with Hire in Global on Leh Ladakh trip.

Bike trip is costlier than tempo traveller.

23rd April'23:

Pangong Lake

- Driver doesn't have proper information about what places need to be covered. Because of that, he skipped to show us Pangong lake scenery and drove around 10km in different route. We realised and asked him you didn't cover Pangong lake. Then he drove back to Pangong lake, here we lost 1 hour so we couldn't get enough time to take pictures etc.

24th April'23:

Pangong to Leh - Monestry, Shey palace not covered.

25th April'23:

Sangam, Stock Village

- We are supposed to get bikes by 8:30 AM but got them at 11 AM.

- No marshal came with us to lead places, they told us to use Google Maps. But maps are showing the wrong directions, again we lost 1 hr here. We called local POC he said to ask people by roadside and go. Due to all these disturbances, we couldn't able to go to stock village for lunch. We spent money from our pockets for lunch.

26th April'23:

- Our checkout is on 27th April'23, we requested Bhupesh to extend one day in hotel. He said, not possible and told us rent is 3000 per one room(double occupancy).

- So, immediately we had to go and search for another hotel as we don't want to spend another 3000. Finally, found one hotel at the price of 1500(double occupancy) and room has heater also. This rooms are better than the hotel provided by itinerary.

If we had come by with different vendors, we could have saved almost 1 lac. Though, we have chosen Hire in Global because, you could help us in the problems, we described above.

POC never helped on them, he always tried to convince us which is very painful part. We didn't expect this from Hire in Global.
