Hireach Broadband Mithril Telecommunication Pvt Ltd — Broadband connection paid for Plan 200 Mbps but I am getting only 50 Mbps

Respected Sir/Madam, With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that I was cheated by your salesmen. I paid the amount for the plan 200 Mbps but they are giving 50 Mbps. My Internet connection is very slow approx 50mbps instead of 200 Mbps, and most of the work is done online, and for that, I need a proper internet connection.

I paid for a 200 Mbps plan but gave only 5ombps speed. I have raised numerous complaints on this with customer care but non of them were resolved. I reached the Vansthallipuram office, and after contact to them they said the network in my area doesn't support 200mbps it requires a new broadband line setup.
The salesperson Narshima cheated me as he knew that in my area Network doesn't support 200 Mbps.

I requested them to refund my money back but no response to date.

I contacted several times Hireach Sales person names Narshima/Rama/Razak I was promised that I will be getting 200mbps speed so I agreed to pay 200mbps amount now both refused to answer my calls asking me to contact the office. I reach the office several times and every time they say it will get resolved in 1 day they promised to refund my money but after one month nothing happened.

I request you to please process to refund my amount back.

The amount paid is 7788 for 200 Mbps(6month package)
