Hiring2Jobs — refund of money

This company called and explained over the phone that they are hr consultant company. A man called kunal with the phone number[protected] had called today, 17th may 2018 stating that he has seen my profile and that they will help find me a job for a registration fee of rs. 1947 that is rs. 1956 with service charge 18%. He said that i will get posted in companies like cognizant, deloitte, quintiles, etc. He said that after this i will get a call from her senior that for resume copy and documents required. I made the payment of rs. 1956 through my credit card and this is the mistake i have made. After he told me to pay more around 3500 for documents verification, i disagree to pay and asked why you have mentioned this earlier. Then he said i was also not aware of that.

Then i requested to cancel my registration and refund my money back. He said it will take around 45 to 60 days for that.
After that, i have emailed them 3 times but have not received any single response from them.
Please help me get a refund of this.
