They are a n HR company. They had promised money back within 15 days if we were not satisfied with their services.
We had sent many emails and also spoken on the phone regarding our dissatisfaction with the candidates sent. Candidates were not serious about the interviews, some were not attending interviews, did not bother to read job description, etc.
The day we called to ask for refund they turned off their phone for the whole day so we could not get in touch. We sent email also. Then they next day they replied to the email and said the refund period is over, we cannot refund.
