[Resolved]  Hisense — Warranty issue

I am writing to formally escalate a service issue concerning my Hisense 139 cm (55 inches) Bezelless Series 4K Ultra HD Smart LED Google TV (Model: 55A6H), which I purchased on October 1, 2022, via Amazon.in (Order No:[protected]. The product is under a 3-year warranty, valid until September 30, 2025.

Issue Summary:

May 12, 2025: I reported horizontal lines appearing at the top of the screen to Hisense customer care[protected].

May 14, 2025: A technician visited my residence, documented the issue, and recorded a video.

May 15, 2025: Based on advice from the Reliance ResQ team, I handed over the TV for further inspection, despite concerns about potential damage during transportation.

May 22, 2025: I was informed that a replacement would be provided due to unavailability of parts.

Subsequent Communications: I have been told that the issue is now considered "physical damage, " and repairs would be chargeable. Additionally, my calls to customer care have been disconnected multiple times without satisfactory responses.

Given the above, I kindly request the following:

Immediate clarification on the current status of my service request.

Confirmation that the issue falls under warranty coverage, as initially indicated.

Timely resolution of the problem, either through repair or replacement, without additional charges.

Please find attached all relevant documents, including the purchase invoice and service request details.

I trust Hisense values its customers and upholds its warranty commitments. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

it is inbuild damage but company saying that is is physical damage.
