Bad quality product of hisense

I purchased a tv from hisense in Dec 2022 and the screen of the TV stopped working properly in Oct 2023 and upon complaining about the same, hisense refused to replace the TV and the TV was under warranty period of 2 years...

No Technician Visit after multiple complaints

We have been following up for our 55U7H QLED TV display issue since 3rd of May 2023 and today is 22nd May 2023 and still no technician has visited yet. That unprofessional irresponsible technician of Bangalore area, Mr. Imran Pasha[protected] calls us and ask photo on WhatsApp and make his own judgement of the TV to the company. TV WI-FI not functioning

We Purchased Hisense Tv from Amazon and after a few months o[censored]se, we noticed that when we connect a usb device and remove, the device goes bad. This happened with out External HDD and Pen drive. The Tv would not connect properly to our Wi-Fi as well.
