Warranty issue

I am writing to formally escalate a service issue concerning my Hisense 139 cm (55 inches) Bezelless Series 4K Ultra HD Smart LED Google TV (Model: 55A6H), which I purchased on October 1, 2022, via Amazon.in (Order No:[protected]. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Hisense for failing to provide after-sales service and honor the warranty on my refrigerator. Despite repeated attempts to get the issue resolved, no action has been taken for the past 8 months.

Warranty: 10 years on compressor

The refrigerator's compressor stopped working within just 1 year of purchase, despite the company offering a 10-year warranty on the compressor. I lodged a complaint with Hisense, and the company had assigned the repair to Reliance, with whom they are in partnership. However, neither Reliance nor Hisense customer care has responded to my repeated calls and follow-ups.

It has been over 8 months since I registered my complaint, and I have not received any service, repair, or replacement. This delay and negligence is not only unprofessional but also a violation of consumer rights.

I am hereby requesting the following resolution:

Full refund of the amount paid for the refrigerator

Compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused over the past 8 months

Strict action against the negligence of the service partners involved

      I purchased the Hisense U7N from Flipkart on 30th Sep 2024 but there were some issues due to which I requested for replacement, and it got delivered around 8 Nov 2024. But to my shock, the replacement model was Q7N which is completely different and downgraded model. There was no mention of the different replacement model anywhere in the emails or verbal communication. This model has issues related to image quality so it not usable. The replacement model should be same, or it should communicate clearly to your CUSTOMER before delivery. I'm requesting the delivery of the same model U7n 65 inch television.

        I am writing to formally request a replacement for the Hisense 4K UHD QLED Google LED TV 55U6K, which I purchased from your company on October 15, 2023. Since its delivery on October 17, 2023, I have encountered persistent issues with the television, despite numerous attempts to address them through your service department.

        Over the past several months, I have lodged more than 15 complaints regarding the defective nature of the TV. While your service engineers have visited my premises and attempted to rectify the issues, the problems persist. Despite following their instructions diligently and providing video evidence of the troubleshooting process, the TV remains faulty.

        Given the recurring nature of the problems and the fact that the TV is still under warranty, I kindly request a replacement with a new, tested unit of the same model. I believe this is a fair and necessary course of action, as repairing a newly purchased television is not acceptable.

        I trust that you will expedite the resolution of this matter and provide confirmation of the replacement process at your earliest convenience. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

            I purchased a tv from hisense in Dec 2022 and the screen of the TV stopped working properly in Oct 2023 and upon complaining about the same, hisense refused to replace the TV and the TV was under warranty period of 2 years

              We have been following up for our 55U7H QLED TV display issue since 3rd of May 2023 and today is 22nd May 2023 and still no technician has visited yet. That unprofessional irresponsible technician of Bangalore area, Mr. Imran Pasha[protected] calls us and ask photo on WhatsApp and make his own judgement of the TV to the company. Very pathetic and poor customer service. Biggest mistake to trust this new brand. I am still paying the EMI of this TV.

                  We Purchased Hisense Tv from Amazon and after a few months o[censored]se, we noticed that when we connect a usb device and remove, the device goes bad. This happened with out External HDD and Pen drive. The Tv would not connect properly to our Wi-Fi as well. We raised a complaint and after almost a month they replace the board and told us that the issue will be fixed. We haven't checked the USB part but the Tv would still not connect to our Wi-Fi network whereas all other devices would connect smoothly. We raised a complaint again for this and it has been a month for which there has been no reply from their support team not their customer care personnel have an answer to our questions. The Tv is still under warranty so we mailed and told them we would like to get a refund amount and they can take their TV back and there is still not reply from their support team. We are wondering what is the best solution for this.

                    I purchased a Hisense TV from Amazon as gift for my parents. The TV delivered on time as per the schedule on 29th Oct, 2022. As per the brand installation policy, I am supposed to receive installation text / email within 24 hours of delivery with a Service request ID generated by the brand.
                    I have paid in full for this product.
                    I have been chasing the customer care services of both Amazon & Hisense as I have not received in update on installation after 4 days of delivery.

                    The customer care executive have been disconnecting the calls without giving any update or resolution.

                    I would like the installation to take place today itself. I would return the product if not done today.

                    This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

                      The service we have been receiving from Hisense is unacceptable.

                      We bought a tv from a furniture store in Oudtshoorn 3 years ago.

                      All our appliances in our house is from the Hisense brand and the newest version to our family broke first. That we don’t understand.

                      After a lot of back and forth a representative came through from Port Elizabeth on 26th of August 2022 to fix the backlight because apparently that was the problem.

                      Last week the screen went pitch black dark again while we were watching tv and the representative asked us to take the tv back to the furniture store where he will repair it “again” when he visits Oudtshoorn on Friday (14 October 2022)

                      We went to the store after 16h00 and when they tested it, it still did not work.

                      Until now we are still waiting on an update from him or the store with regards to the process from here on out, but no one contacted us yet.

                      I tried to contact the call center at[protected] but the calls do not go through.

                      I tried the Omni-Chat Platform, but nobody is replying to my messages.

                      I sent an online message and received ticket reference number 764532, but no one contacted me yet.

                      I called the Cape Town branch at[protected], but the phone was shut down before I could even finish my story.

                      I called the Johannesburg branch at[protected], but they are not answering the phone.

                      I am very disappointed and disgusted with this whole situation, because all this is happening while the television is still under guarantee.

                      I am really considering contacting my insurance company to replace the broken television with any other brand but Hisense. I will also replace all the other appliances to protect this from happening to my family again.

                        I had ordered 65 inch variant and got delivered on 26 September 2022. Now more than 7 days has passed, no service engineer has been turn on for the installation. Was calling customer care daily, but no proper update on installation was given to me. So Yesterday I gave a final call and told them that I will be returning this product, then they gave me service center number and asked me to check with them for installation. I gave a call to service center and got commitment that engineer will visit today for installation. But till date no engineer have to my place for the installation.

                            I would like to bring to your attention and Reitrate my complaint regarding my newly installed Hisense 65" tv, it was installed on 29th July, 2022. Order#SOA[protected]. The tv was ordered from the Croma in Virar, Maharashtra.

                            I played a movie on Hotstar today, ie, 2nd Aug, 2022 and all of a sudden we saw like a black square patch and all colorful lines on the screen, it resembled a damaged display screen of a computer or laptop. On 5th august, 2022 the tv lights flickered like lights go On and Off and it was so quick that we didn't get a chance to capture it. As of yesterday 15th August, 2022 at the end of a program on Hotstar a straight colorful line appeared at the end of the screen for a few seconds and went away. I rewinded the end of the program and played it again and that line did not appear again, so it was not an issue with the video but the tv is having an issue with the display which is not constant, it happens all of a sudden for a few seconds and then works fine.

                            I had already informed Croma that the Bluedart delivery person had delivered the tv upside down and also the first Hisense service individuals who came to Install the tv had removed the tv from the box and just put it back in the box without installing it.

                            I had told them that the tv being delivered upside down will cause a problem as the screen needs to be handled in the right way. The installation people said that it will not cause an issue. I told them that several articles mention that the tv must always be upright. I do not trust the information given by the installation workers as they do not belong to the Hisense Or Croma company, these are just freelance people who install tv and work with the closest service provider you'll have a tie up with.

                            I am requesting you'll to replace this tv as it was manhandled at the time of delivery and also during installation by the individuals who came to my house. One of them was, Rakesh from Hisense service center in Nalasopara, Maharashtra.

                            The installation people had no judgement of how to mount the tv correctly in the center of the wall and at the right viewable height. Rakesh misbehaved . They had mounted and removed the tv several times and laid it flat on the screen multiple times too trying to figure out the measurements, etc.

                            It is frustrating that the carelessness of your delivery partner (Bluedart) and Hisense service center people has to borne by your customers. It's was barely 5 days that the tv was installed and we had this incident. And several other small incidents post that.
                            I have also filed a complaint with Bluedart about their carelessness and Croma and Hisense about this faulty product.

                            This is certainly a defect and I would appreciate a replacement of the same ASAP. I have received a run around and no resolution. It's not even been a month we purchased this tv and it's giving us problem. So kindly have the replacement given ASAP

                              In short.. Technician's superior call me and conform the date and time for My 55" TV. They said technician come at 7pm. After one hour i call them at 8:13, they said he is busy at some hotel and he is in installing tv so he'll come to you're home lately. But he didn't come. After 10 o'clock again i call him atlist 8 to 9 times. Now this time he cross the limits, he didn't pickup a my single call and aslo he's not giving me information or telling that when the Technician come to install my TV. Such a bad service.

                                Concern - AC stopped working - No resolution - pathetic service even after multiple mails and follow ups

                                I purchased an AC on 18 Aug 21 via Tata Cliq and got it delivered and installed. Multiple calls and follow ups were taken for installation . Engineer who visited for installation had warned me mentioning that the product is worst and there are many complaints. However I ignored.

                                Only this year we have started using your AC but after few months an “error code 36 “ occurred and AC stopped working.
                                I lodged a complaint on 18th June 22 and after multiple reschedules finally an engineer visited on 20th June 22 and mentioned that PCB needs to be replaced.

                                But till date there is no update from customer care team at "海信印度公司/HisenseIndiaPvt.Ltd." [protected]@hisense.comand and service engineer too is not responding to call.

                                I feel like cheated. I don't trust this faulty AC anymore. There is no guarantee that even after replacing the PCB again by any means, AC will work properly.

                                I request either my money back or replacement.

                                    I have purchased Hisense Side by Side Refrigerator from Amazon and get delivery on schedule i.e. 12th May 2021.
                                    Since than installation booked on 13th May 2021 and appointment given by 247around service for 4pm to 7pm on 13th May'2021.
                                    Till than today no person contacted or visit us for installation from 247around Service.

                                    We are frustrated by the poor responses from both Service provider 247Around and hisense too.

We had spoken with 4 flipkart executive, we hadn't received any further action regarding the product the delay our replacement request (this seller doesn't want to replace the Television without any verfication) I hereby submit all the proof with bills
