Hkbk college of engineering is cheating if you book seat paying amount. Please take it in writing or they will cheat.

They promise to pay back. Please take it in writing or your amount is gone for sure.

I have paid 25000 booking seat before
2nd puc &cet exams to hkbk college of engineering. They promise to return if merit don't come.
As per college results 1st class but cet will be around 65%. So merit below 50k rank in hkbk college. They force to take up management quota.
Also paid amount is not refunded.

Cheating us and saying you will loose full amount if you don't take up management quota.
This is not justice. Hkbk college of engineering should pay back what they said.
