Hkbk College Of Engineering — hkbk bad college and cheating

Hkbk college of engineering is very bad. Please don't join this college. They cheat you if you book seat for engineering.
Counsellor will ask to pay 25000 to reserve seat. Promise to return if student don't get rank below 50k rank. Later they will ask to take up management quota only. No merit will be considered. They have not returned money.
Please avoid this college they cheat promising what they say.

They collect fee by saying registration fee. The receipt don't have any condition saying they will refund.
Hkbk college of engineering will cheat legally. Be careful this is my experience for 2019 batch.
