H&m India — Return and refund

I had ordered a H&M product called Crease leg trousers(black) on 21/05/2022 with order no: [protected].And placed a return for it but accidentally gave the wrong H&M product which was actually shopped from myntra not the H&m app. And the reference number for that product return is [protected] (picked up on 24th may) And I want that product back. Because it was supposed to be returned to myntra not H&M.( The product was a grey H&m trouser). I called the customer service and they assured me that the product would be return to me or would be refunded to me as it was still an H&m product even thought it was purchased from myntra.
And then he placed another return request for the black trousers that was actually supposed to be returned and the ref no is [protected]( picked up on 25th may). And I filed a complaint with case no [protected] cuz they grey pants should be returned to me.
Both these products have been received by H&M. But nothing has been refunded yet. No refund, no update, nothing.
H&m customer service number has been switched off and they aren't responding to my emails. I have no way to contact them or get a response
