I had ordered a H&M product called Crease leg trousers(black) on 21/05/2022 with order no: [protected].And placed a return for it but accidentally gave the wrong H&M product which was actually shopped from myntra not the H&m app. And the reference number for that product return is [protected] (picked up on 24th may) And I want that product back. Because it was supposed to be returned to myntra not H&M.( The product was a grey H&m trouser)....

I ordered shirt it automatically got canceled while prepaid the money deducted from my account and ordered that shirt once more bagain that happened then i called the H&M customer service first they said 7days after 7 days the refund is not credited amd i called customer service then they 3days and after three days its not credited then i called after 3days then now they are saying wait foer 7 days
