I ordered a product on 8 dec with order id [protected] and I speedily recieved the product on 14th december.However the product was not good so I decided to return it on 16th December wherein the return was confirmed but till now the amount has not been credited so I am requesting a complaint so that the problem would be resolved. Please help me out. I am a daily H&Mcustomer and user and quite frankly I have lost faith as of now. The return details is attached with this mail. Thank you
