I returned an item on 30 July and received an email from h&m that they have processed the refund in my account, I have been waiting for so many days now and I still haven't received any refund or any update on refund from the company, Im not liking the services, when I called the customer service no. They didn't receive, they didn't reply to my email, I demand instant refund in my account or.any update related to my refund

    I was asked for 1049 rupees when I received the order,
    But when i returned the order they only gave 749 rupees and said the order was only of 749 rupees
    I even sent the evidences, their own email telling the money they took, but their customer care wont accept that and will not give me my money back. Please help

      My non-H&M item was wrongly picked by H&M, for which this brand only mistakenly raised a request. I agree it was our fault as well that someone wrongly handed over. But how come the agent picked up and why return request was mistakenly submitted by customer care? Also, after my complaint has been addressed with varied responses over the call- 1. the warehouse has not received any item OR 2. item has been reshipped 3. yes an item has been picked and bla bla. Why they are fooling their clients? I have clear proofs of their texts received on items picked up then why? How come if they have picked my item has not been received?

        Hi, I made a purchase in H&M store for 30000. Since it was my first purchase I was supposed to get 10% discount which I didn’t get ( I learnt about this offer later, not while making the purchase). Also the points, nearly 600 using which I can avail more offers, was added to some other membership id and not to mine. Sent many mails and called the h&m customer care but nothing worked. One of the executives named Aryan promised that the points will be manually added to my member id which again didn’t happen. Kindly help me.

            I placed couple of orders in the last couple of months and each one of them has been conveniently cancelled by H&M without any prior information!

            Both have been cancelled despite me following up continuously with H&M customer care. They informed me that they will surely deliver them and I’ve been waiting for weeks now and they simply cancelled it and say “sorry”.

            This is unacceptable and is the purest form of customer harassment and day light robbery’

            I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS AS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

            I’m completely disgusted with kind of service!

            I want to know what exactly is happening and I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS TO THE TOP MOST MANAGEMENT OF H&M!!

              I had ordered articles in ongoing offer back then and have been calling customer care service multiple times included sending a mail and was assured that the order won’t get cancelled since I have faced the same issue earlier too. Now they are saying it’s cancelled. They had told me that the cancellation window is only 15 mins only to cancel my order after 4 days

                I had to pay twice for the order.

                First paid online, then the delivery boy insisted on cash on delivery.
                I have repeatedly contacted the customer care regarding this issue and they keep telling me to update bank details.

                Even after I update the bank details, the customer care tells me to do the same. I have still not received the refund after four months.

                  So, I ordered a jeans on 19th of February. It was written on the website that the standard delivery speed is 2-7 days. So after 10 days I called them asking for shipment details. They said that the shipment has not been shipped and they'll soon do that.
                  I then checked Delhivery and it says "Pick up Pending". On 23rd Feb 2023 it says my "order was received for delivery". On 25th Feb it says "Shipment not ready for pickup". And on 27th Feb it finally says "Order cancelled by merchant/shipper".

                  I've complained multiple times and filed a complaint on H&M too (my case number regarding the same[protected]. I've received no updates on it. I also mailed them asking for progress but haven't got any replies on that too. It's been 16 days which is way after the standard delivery limit. I'm not even getting an option to cancel the order. And I want this delivery as soon as possible.

                    Had a horrific experience in H&M select citywalk delhi India. One of my friend was on billing counter waiting in line for more than 30 minutes due to slow billing and less experienced person was working on billing counter but once it was my friend’s turn he (Nishant Srivastav ) who was billing executive of the brand refused to bill him and asked to connect to another line where he would need to wait for another 30 minutes so my friend asked why the person in front of him was billed if the line was closed and why did they not informed earlier then the billing executive started talking in very unprofessional way and abused my friend he even threatened my friend to hit him and even came out of the counter to hit him but was stopped by people at the site . I have been shopping in H&M and was never disappointed but this time it gave my a shock and will never visit the company again.

                    Being a multinational company its suggest to hire only educated people for the service who know how to handle the customers . Your executive like Nishant Shrivastav ruin this reputation company holds. The incident took place on 7th January 2023 around 5:30 pm we reported this to manager but their was no action taken and more than money its a humiliation we have to face.

                    So please hire someone who have sense to talk and also a good management so queue is not holded for long and billing is handled faster specially for delhi saket select city branch as never had any experience like this in any branch before .

                    Apart from this even the fitting room queue holded longer because again because of poor management and less staffing.

                    This incident gave a shock to me as I asked my friend for help and he had to face this.

                    I am also going to report this threat to legal areas as its my job to let the company know about employees behaviour.

                    If any proo[censored]s need please check your cctv footage for 5:15 pm to 5:45 pm

                        I ordered sweatshirts from H&M on 3rd july 2022 order number [protected] my money was deducted. it was a successful transaction .But they cancelled my order, i raised this with customer service many times they say go confirm with you bank, i went to the bank they confirmed it is received by H&M i contacted google pay they also say it is received by H&M successfully, i again contacted customer service they say now get this in writting then we will discuss this internally what we can do.Please help with this matter.

                          I ordered a product on 8 dec with order id [protected] and I speedily recieved the product on 14th december.However the product was not good so I decided to return it on 16th December wherein the return was confirmed but till now the amount has not been credited so I am requesting a complaint so that the problem would be resolved.                               The said order contained 28 items, out of which I have returned a total of 23 products (worth 16, 778/-) and kept 5 products (worth 4, 188/-) with me.

                                I ordered three items from the company on 09/10/2022 out of which I returned two of them. I received the refund for only one of them. My refund for second item is still not yet received which amounts to 1999/- It was for a blue oversized hoodie.

                                I contacted them several times and they finally said that the refund was initiated on 22/10/2022 and it would take 7 seven days to reflect in my account. But that has not happened yet....

                                      I placed an order on 31st july and my money was deducted and i didn’t receive any order details and after the money was debited the h&m site showed that it will be refunded within 5 days and it’s been more than a month and i haven’t received my refund yet . I’ve made 14-15 complains on their CUSTOMER service and it didn’t help a bit !!
                                      Such ### CUSTOMER service and so is their IT team !!!

                                        I made an order [protected] on June 11th 2022.. returned the product the very next day.. and till date that is today the 23rdof august 2022, I have not been refunded for the same.. I have contacted the company several times regarding payment.. it’s been more than 2 months and I haven’t got my refund.. made several calls and got the same reasons that within 24 hours it’ll be done.. as a consumer I am tired and sick of follow up.. the time and money that I have wasted is unimaginable..

                                                    I have return the order and my refund is on hold since then. I have provided account number twice bt every time I have received the message that attemt for payment is unsuccessful. I tried no of times in customer care and it is on hold for 10 to 15 mins and get auto canceled and they never called back..have dropped emails but no response

                                                      I had returned my parcel onJune 23, 2022. Today, it has been 26 days but unfortunately I haven't received my refund yet. I had returned my orders whose order numbers are given below :-
                                                      Order 1 : [protected]
                                                      Order 2 : [protected]

                                                      In both of these 2 order numbers on July 6 a case was also registered. Also, it was also said that the case would resolved between the time period of between 5-7 days. Whereas, it has been now 26 days since I had registered the case but still I haven't received my refund.
                                                      From order number : [protected] . On this order number 2 items were returned. One was returned on June 23 whose price was Rs. 1499/- of which I haven't received my refund yet. From the same order number one more article was returned on June 29 whose amount was Rs. 799/- whose refund I had received. I am mentioning the details of my orders in order to give clarity on the amount to be received.

                                                      Moreover, even after being contacting them on daily basis I haven't received my refund of amount 2998/- .

                                                      Thus, I am hoping that I would be receiving my refund soon and query will be answered shortly.
