HMDA — amount deducted from my account but hmda site says unpaid

I have applied for land use certificate through online in hmda website by submitting all required documents.

I have paid the fee through credit card and the amount deducted from my account, but it is showing as unpaid in the website.

The payment system is not user-friendly it did not give any details after the transaction. Please help how can i get my money back.

I have called on the contact no:[protected], but no one is answering the call.
Very poor customer service.
